REPAIR, MAINTENANCE OF E AND M INSTALLATION AND CIVIL WORKS AT MES INSTALLATIONS OF BELGAUM MILITARY STATION UNDER GE BELGAUM

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in cement concrete / brick work etc., and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm width and setting in CM 1:6, with and including demolition of existing brick work of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of new brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F IN REPAIR chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm, with 4mm dia hot dip GI wire as per IS 2721:2003, including line wires any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, with and including dismantling existing u/s fencing wire mesh of any size & type, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work such Flat iron, angle etc., for securing wire mesh with and including drilling holes etc., cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild Steel Round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded, confirming to Gde Fe-290 Gde-165, with and including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or steel based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe410-W (Gde Fe-250 Quality 'A'), with and including dismantling existing steel work of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.45mm thick (TFT) of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, with and including taking down existing u/s plain / corrugated AC sheet roof of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.
