SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES.

Designing, Fabricating, Supply erecting and construction of PEB Steel structure with plinth area 299.00 Sqm (04 bays of each with clear size (5.00 x 13.90) Mtr , plinth height 0.60mtr and clear height of 5.50 Mtr from finished floor level of PEB structure as per IS 800: 2007, IS 875 & IS 801 with permanent specifications . The rate quoated is inclusive of following:- (a) Site clearance. (b) Soil investigation to arrive at desired foundation depth by bore hole of min 10m depth or N value 50 which ever is earlier, including vetting of report from NIT / IIT / Govt Recognised Engineering Colleges.

(c) Design and execution of foundation footing , pedestal, column, plinth beam etc in design Mix M-30 including reinforcement including vetting of design from NIT / IIT / Govt Recognised Engineering Colleges. (d) Design and fabrication of MS stanchion as in column including foundation bolts and nuts complete structure painted with Epoxy DTM paint etc all as specified including vetting of design from NIT / IIT / Govt Recognised Engineering Colleges.

(e) Design and fabrication of rafters, purlins, prepainted galvalume sheet roofing including 500mm roof projection allround painted with Epoxy DTM paint etc all as specified including vetting of design from NIT / IIT / Govt Recognised Engineering Colleges. (f) Design and fabrication of vally gutters , Wall clading for three sides , Front side full opening with 1.2m width fabricated chajja projection at level as directed . (g) Moorum filling in plinth (height of plinth 600mm) (h) 100mm thick DLC lean concrete (j) 400 micron thick HDPE sheet min weight 390gm / Sqm (k) 10mm thick sand cushion of clear river sand spread evenly (l) PQC flooring of flexural strength 45 Kg / sqcm of 250mm depth complete all as specified and as directed by the GE

Sch "A" Part II List of items to be quoted by Contractor

Supply and fix LED building security light fitting 25W made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics, IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07, complete pre-wired and connecting up with suitable twin core flexble copper wire including provision of necessary GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore of pipe 1.5 bent to shape with necessary clamps made out of mild steel, nuts and bolts etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed steel surface for fixing the fitting to Bldg etc complete all as specified and as directed. Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using galvanised iron earth lead wire 4mm dia connected by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel and protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade upto a length of 7.5m connected to main switch board or main control board and 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe including funnel, wire mesh,complete all as per plate No. 5 of SSR Part I .

Notes for srl item No2.2 The rates quoted inclusive of necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 chamber, reinforced cement concrete cover slab with locking arrangement and handle of 10mm dia MS round bars 450mm long, 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm centre to centre both ways, lugs including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
