REPAIR/MAINT OF CERTAIN ITEMS OF RUNWAY, TAXIWAY, DISPERSAL AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN MAHARAJPUR

Material and Labour for Reflective Paint of superior make of Apco track/Fast track WBR 3427 of Asian paints or equivalent with Machine of Air spray applications to obtain WFT 375 microns including the application of high index glass beads @ 500 grams per Sqm (TTB 1325 type III and having refractive index 1.9) of potters make or equivalent) . The painting shall be done on the existing Taxiway/Dispersal markings exceeding 10 cm width, as per the recommended dimensions and as directions by Engr-in-Charge. The existing surface shall be cleaned thoroughly with broom off dirt, dust, scales, oil grease etc.. , before application of the paint. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (hp) : 120cc and maximum Tip Size : 0.029 or Graco line lazer 200HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (hp) : 200(6.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.034 or the Standerd Machine of other make with similar specification as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Description all as per item No 1 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for One coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width, with Machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) with "APCOTRACK IS of Asian paints " or equivalent. Colour of Water base paint will be White, Golden yellow, Deep orange, and PO Red, as per the requirement in Air field including the preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed . Note : Coverage area of Paint will be 6.00 Sqm/Ltr. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (hp) : 120cc and maximum Tip Size : 0.029 or Graco line lazer 200HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Engine cc (hp) : 200(6.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.034 or the Machine from Wagner company or equivalent with same specifications.

Description all as per item No 3.00 here-in-before but, including Black Border complete all as specified and directed

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick/stone/concrete/AC sheet/ plastered/ wooden surface etc of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old /previously treated surface complete all as specified and directed

Description all as per item No 5.0 here-in-befor but on steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for reflecting tape, letter & Figures in any colour and size not less than 150mm in width or strips on existing visible DTGM board complete all as specified and directed. Make-3M and equivalant.

S&F in repair powder coated aluminium snap beading etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rubber gasket for packing of sinage board frames etc complete all as specified and directed.
