REPAIR TO WALL PANNELING, FALSE CEILING, ALUMINIUM JOINERY IN OFFICE COMPLEXES AND CERTAIN ALLIED BR WORKS AT OFFICERS, JCOs/ORs MARRIED ACCOMODATIONS IN THE AREA OF AGE BR I UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10 ( GE/DE-75/2020-21)

Amount

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates,rafter ,purlin etc similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down electric switch board/box and refixing it at existing location after necessary repair/renewal of B/R items of work including replacement of old damaged screws/Switches/Sockets/Indicators as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class “B” bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 using old size bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan built to any radius in half thick brick built in cement mortar1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick having colour Printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Colour and pattern of PVC sheet shall be approve by GE)

8mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for PVC wall penneling frame work fixed with Screw and gutty in any vertically and horizontally incl taking down existing frame work, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC teak wood finished flooring/wall paneling 12 mm thick of over PVC materila framing of section 50mm x 25 mmx18 mm thick at the spacing c/c not exceeding 1 mtr both ways fixed to floor/wall with Nylon Plugs and steel screws to form a uniform base for fixing of panels with approved adhesive and jointed together with tongue and grove joint all as approved by GE including dismantling of existing materials with frame work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Corner and top beads both type concave and convex type of VISTA LEVLOR /LEGSTRONG material 5 to 8 mm thick at corners to form a uniform appearance, complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm, and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised mild steel staples, complete all as specified and as directed.

Aluminium alloy powder coated (50 micron) anodized door frame of section 100mm x 44 mm x 2 mm thick, door shutter of aluminium section of size 85 mm x 44 mm x 2 mm thick, top rail and both styles of size 100 mm x 44 mm x 2 mm thick, lock rail and bottom rail of size 115 mm x 44 mm x 2mm thick incl aluminium anodized snap beading and rubber packing & 5.5 mm thick colour designer glass incl 200 mm long tower bolt-2 Nos, 200 mm long Alm handle -02 Nos on each leaf, 4 lever lock brass 100 mm long mortice lock (Make :- Godrej), & double action floor door spring(Sandhu/Samrat) heavy duty suitable for 1 m wide shutter for each leaf, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Steel window/ventilator box type made out of 16 gauge steel section for outer frame & both shutter as per HQ CWE Delhi Cantt-10 TD-A sheet 01/03 to 03/03 with openable outer glass panes shutter and inner side wiremesh shutter incl fixed with MS Clip consisting with pintel hinges 75 mm long 12 mm dia,100 mm long Handle,150mm long tower bolt ,peg stey/hook & eye 150 mm long with each leaf complete as applicable clit and stopper, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Glass & wiremesh shall be paid separately)

Mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladder, framed balusters, railing, frame work for water tanks and similar work, complete conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 including shop coat of red oxide including preparation of surface before fixing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing ceiling of any type and any description and provision of E-board 4mmthick self design type tiles ceiling on GI Powder coated channel/Tee/Grid of make(Armstrong or equivalent) frame work with the following specification including cutting holes to brick wall built in cement mortar & making good in cm 1:3 of cement concrete 1:2:4 type BO as required :- (a) Plugging to wall around the rooms & supplying & fixing GI Powder coated angle of size 25x25x1.0 mm (b) S&F of 1.60 mm dia GI wire suspenders with adjustable clamps including fixing to ceiling dash free fasterers (c) S&F 25 x25 x1.5mm GI Powder coated tee as in main & cross members at 595mm c/c supported suspenders alongwith adjustable clamp to maintain level . ( d) S&F E-board 4mmthick self design type ceiling tiles of size 610mm x610mm confirming to relevant IS in squares of GI Powder coated Tee with clips made to shape. Shade and pattern of E- board shall be as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles Dark shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of tiles not exceeding 0.36Sqm each in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including roughening of old concrete surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls including finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick cement plastring in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of walls including finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Washed stone grit plaster on exteriour walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cemnt : 4 coarse sand) throwing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @3Kg of cemnt per square metere, top Layer 15 mm cemnt plaste 1:1/2:2 ( 1 Cement:1/2 coarse sand:2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in pannels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Weather shield Coat) over a coat of wall primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet glass 3.00mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm.in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet glass 3.00mm thick frosted type and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm.in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- For minimum fair wages ,EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-17,18 and Special Condition No 5 & 21.2 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
