RENOVATION OF 100 BED ELITE MENS HOSTEL AT SAI, NSSC, BANGALORE

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm(external & internal) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground ,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors ,wall and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25mm )

15.2 Demolishing cement concrete manually /mechanically means including disposal of material as per the direction of enginerr inc charge 15.2.1 nominal concrete 1:1.5:3 or richer mix (including equvalent design mix)

Scraping and scarifying the existing wall surface to remove old paint, loose plaster, dirt, dust, and other foreign materials using manual tools such as scrapers, wire brushes, sandpaper, etc., to make the surface suitable for application of primer or paint. The work includes cleaning the surface thoroughly, minor surface preparation, and disposal of debris from the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate shall include all labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding if required, and complete surface preparation as per specifications.

Providing and fixing scaffolding system(cup lock type for all shaft )(structural steel dismantling ,pipe removal & fixing painting and all work complete) on the exterior & interior side of buildings for all duct upto 15 metre height above the ground level ,including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site ,made with 40 mm dia M.S tube ,placed 1.5metre centre to centre ,horizondal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S tubes M.S tube challis M.S clambs and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and or pointing or applying chemical and removing it thereafter ,including material supply ,erection lead and lift etc complete.

Removal of two existing shaft structural steel members, including cutting, dismantling, and disposal at a designated dumping yard, as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing shaft duct structural members including welding and fixing as per the direction of engineer in charge

Dismantling and removing existing pipelines from service shafts, including all associated fittings, supports, clamps, and accessories(all diameter and all type of pipe)and shifting the same to a designated area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
