Annual Maintenance of Centralised Airconditioning, Chiller & Fresh Air Units and exhaust units installed at High Court Main Building and Annex Building, Bangalore for the year 2025-26

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last Five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25. b) Satisfactorily completed (at least 50% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work value not less than Rs.5.08 Lakhs in a single electrical work.

The tenderer as a Prime Contractor having valid Class-2 & above Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspectorate Govt. of Karnataka and should have suitable technical, financial & managerial capabilities.

The Tenderer must submit ongoing and existing commitments details separately.

3.6Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under/ Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx2.5 - B ) Where, A-Maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. (12 Months) B - Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next. (12 Months) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent

3.2To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have during last five years ie from 2020-21 to 2024-25 a) The tenders must have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of an amount Not less than Rs.10.16 Lakhs during last five years. with UDIN Number certified by Chartered Accountant Note: The returns submitted to the I.T. along with the Profit and Loss account statement, Balance sheet should be uploaded for the financial turnover criteria
