Supply and fixing of Winding temperature indicator (analog type) (as per sample or another standared make) at 132 KV S/S Saidabad of temp range from (0-1500C), 5A, AC/DC both and consist of two flexible capillary tubes of 05 meter long and 04 nos. mercury bulb switch for alarm, trip and cooling control system of power transformers of standard make. Work includes safe dismantling of faulty WTI then erection of new WTI making proper holes if required, fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing element within the tank and proper termination of connection at both end and complete testing of auto mode of transformer fan, WTI alarm, WTI trip till the works compted satisfatory with other related all works as per instruction of side supervisor

Supply and fixing of Oil temperature indicator(analog type) (as per sample or another standared make) at 132 KV S/S Saidabad of temp range from (0-150 0C), 5A, AC/DC both and consist of two flexible capillary tubes of 05 meter long and 03 no mercury bulb switch for alarm, trip and cooling control system of power transformers of standard make. Work includes fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing element within the tank and proper termination of connection at both end. and complete testing of auto mode of transformer fan, OTI alarm, OTI trip till the works compted satisfatory with other related all works as per instruction of side supervisor

Supply and fixing of 01 no,415 volt,16 A, 4 nos. contactor of rating 230 V, 2A of Simems/ ABB/L&T/Schneider make. for main supply of cooling fans installed at on 20 MVA T/F at 132 KV Saidabad. Work includes proper connection of contactor with ACDB or AC cubical installed in the switchyard. with all associted works as per instruction of side supervisor to complete the job satisfatory.

Supply and fixing overload relay (Type 3US5000) of rating (0.5-2A) for cooling fan of transformers on the front side of the marshaling box and testing. with all associted works as per instruction of side supervisor to complete the job satisfatory.

Wiring of interconnection with proper ferrules and lugs of suitable size with 4 mm2 flexible insulated copper conductors for power connection and with 2.5 mm2 flexible insulated copper conductor for control connection in the marshaling box. Work includes supply and fixing of cable gland(19mm dia) ,wire , rail base, ferrule, lugs as required for proper operation of cooling fan in auto mode of T/F's marshaling box at 132 KV S/S Saidabad. with other related all works as per instruction of side supervisor

Supply and fixing of fan control contactors, type 3TS30 and rating 230 V,9A,6NO+2NC for control operation of cooling fans of standards make Simems/ ABB/L&T/Schneider . At 132 KV S/S Saidabad. with all associted works as per instruction of side supervisor to complete the job satisfatory.

Supply & Fixing of PRV (as per sample or another standared make) suitable for 132/33 KV 40 MVA T/F-II ( ALSTOM MAKE) Power T/F AT 132 KV S/S Handia including draining of T/F oil upto suitable level for replacement of PRV and after installation of PRV backfilling of T/F oil after centifusing (if required) with all associted works as per instruction of side supervisor to complete the job satisfatory.
