Providing and erecting of 3 X 9 M poles including horizontal and vertical gantry and OD BTS bed on terrace of building(G Plus 3) NBSL (Site ID_ HD5642) at SATRAM RAI, GAGAN PAHAD, Hyderabad under Phase IX.2 in Hyderabad BA

Amount

1) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

2) Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification.

3) Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

4) Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).

5) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:

i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

ii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

iii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

6) Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

7) Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

8) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

9) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Hot finished welded type tubes.

10) Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

11) Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

12) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

13) Extra for galvanising (of thickness not less than 120 microns) on M.S angles , flats, gussets plates, bolts, nuts and other fastners.

14) Providing and fixing anchor fastners (expansion fastners) of approved quality including drilling holes in RCC and fixing complete

i) 16 mm dia and 100mm lenth

ii) 12 mm dia and 100mmm length

15) Providing and supplying heavy duty injection adhesive for fixing threaded bolts in wet/dry conditions HILTI RE500 for dia upto 40mm of HILTI India Pvt. Ltd. The system to be made of two foils consisting of resin and hardener foil pack. The system can be used for fixing threaded bolts viz HAS-E-M8 to 39 rods. The cost inclusive of material, epoxy fasteners, drilling holes in concrete etc., complete as directed by Engineer-In Charge. 16mm dia epoxy based anchor fasteners

16) Drilling holes of 16mm dia in RCC slab/beam upto a depth 120 mm and embedding 12mm dia TMT bars of grade Fe 500D in the hole including grouting the hole with FOSROCK LOKFIX chemical or approved equivalent to anchor reinforcement excluding the cost of reinforcement as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The work shall be carried out as per manufactures specification through the Applicator approved by the manufacturer)
