CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK SOKAGE WELL ALONG WITH MANHOLES AND CONNECTED SEWAGE LINE WITH HONEY SUCTION MACHINE AT AF STN LEH

Dewatering of septic tanks, soak wells of sewer honey suction machine (capacity of Min 6000 Ltrs) vehicle cleaning of all mixed sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by Electric driven high capacity rotary van or liquid ring vaccum pump,vaccum pressure typically upto 600-700 mm Hg capable of creating strong suction for ligting sludge and slurry mounted on a truck chasis and hydraulic discharge system or pressure discharge mechanism rear door opens fully for easy sludge discharge and dispose the same exc 5 Km n exc 10 Km outside MOD airforce campus complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of septic tank of any depth & description including taking out all the stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc complete and disposal of all spoils / waste or any other materials out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excaveted pits and covering the same , including taking off and refixing covers after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge (liquid/semi liquid/solid), excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/ clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 150 mm to 300 mm main line from 1st manhole onwards bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including , Desludging descaling & decoking of drain as well as manholes with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and having facilities of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic through high pressure thermo plastic fiber based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning including removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the local municipality, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor shall keep the sewage line functional throughout the contract period. The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive this aspect.

M&L for complete cleaning /opening of all blockage of traps of WC, Urinal, WHB and kitchen any type and any depth, removing the sludge/solid content from the trap by manual /machanical method and at any depth either by water pressure or by any other flushing or rodding and other suitable means at the discretion of the contractor at his own arrangements so as to remove the blockage and making fully functional. The complaint shall be cleared/rectified within the time frame to the complete satisfaction of Engineer–in–Charge.

Complete Cleaning /de–silting of manhole by taking out sludge in semi solid/liquid state from inside of manhole of any depth and removing the sludge/foul material to a distance outside MOD land to a distance exc 5 Km n exc 10 Km , depositing the material in excavated pit, sprinkling with bleaching powder @ 0.50 kg/Sqm and covering sludge/foul material with earth to a depth n exc 30 cm including excavation and levelling of surplus excavated soil round the pit taking off RCC/iron main holes covers and refixing the same after clearing complete all as directed.

S&F in repair 110 mm borePVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints , bends ,Tees complete laid in trenches or in floors including excavation and concrete bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken bricks loose filling with aggregate of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc 80 mm for filling soakage pits and soakage well with brick bats of approved quality including stacking in layer including taking down old sludge brick material from soakage pit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orrissa pattern size 580x440 mm white with intrgal footb reat and P Or S trap and connection to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
