The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered). Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.S frames.

Providing and laying in position Ready mixed cement concrete manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site of laying excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability M-15 grade plain cement concrete by using 320kg of cement. All works upto 3.00m below ground and upto floor 5 level. The rate including of pumping out all type water due to seepage / flowing / stagnation and also working under foul condition etc., complete are as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse M. sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in slabs, bands, steps solid blocks etc., of various sizes and shapes, pitching the side slopes top of banks, steps, ramps and other similar works including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : 3 coarse M. sand) for revetment works , casting in the casting yard hoisting to the laying site with required special tools if any required, cost of required moulding shuttering with M.S sheet of 1.6 mm thick alround L angle of 25X25X5mm etc., complete. The rate including transportation, loading unloading, all head loads, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud, cost of cement, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, moulding arrangements for casting the concrete, (Casting shall be done on uniform levelled bed with cement concrete flooring) hire charges for machineries required for mixing the concrete, laying, vibrating to the required strength with vibrator, tractor, tipper, lorry concrete mixer and other tools and plants etc. The rate shall also include hire charges for casting yard, making of casting bed, transportation charges from casting yard to working site, loading and unloading, laying and fixing in position of pre cast slabs pointing to the full depth etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes head load the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of formed earth gravel approaches on the drains/channels in hygienic and foul condition by mechanical/manual means including conveyance the gravel from the bed of drain to nearest stacking point and then disposal of the same within an average lead of 2km, within the available open space of Uppalam new port and leveled and neatly dressed not exceeding 60cm depth as directed without polluting the environment. The rate includes the cost of running charges of all machineries/float, tools and plants, labour, working under unhygienic foul condition and also providing safety gears viz. hand gloves, gumboot, face masks etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge. The payment shall be made based on the level measurements, the cost of leveling and other survey works shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs / beams / lintels including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine M. sand) on exposed surfaces but excluding the cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse M. sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.
