The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the product/s (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements upto at least 80 percentge (40percentge in case of Karnataka based MSE Manufacturers ) of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 (2 years 2022-23, 2023-24 in case of Karnataka based MSE Manufacturers). The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XIVCAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 4.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be as indicated under SECTION V: SCHEDULE OF REQUIREMENTS (usually not less than the estimated cost of the quantity in the Tender document it will be 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity with respect to Micro & Small enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 (last 2 preceding financial years 2022-23, 2023-24 with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises. The tenderer should furnish the information on Financial Turnoverin proforma under Section XIV-CAPABILITY statement PARA 5

Tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided. the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied satisfactorily at least 30 percentage of the quantity similar tothe type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening.

The tenderer should furnish details of Supply Centres and information on Supply facilities within the district/s jurisdiction of the Package for which the tender is submitted in the Form given in Section SECTION XIV-CAPABILITY STATEMENT PARA 7, 8 and 9

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India. If the bidder is sharing a Land border with India, then Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019 - PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated:25.08.2020. A declaration has to be submitted in Compliance regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of countries which shares a Land Border with India, in the form of Affidavit as per SECTION XV- UNDERTAKING
