SCHEDULE `A' PART - I is to be design, planed and construct/build by cotractor not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only.
Design and construction of weather shelter block of PEB structure of clear size 20m x 17m x 12 m height on new surface with the following specificat ion : - (a) Necessary excavation for foundation, flooring and removing of excavated materials (b) RCC foundation (c) Roof sheeting : 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet (d) The design of weather shelter should be such that no birds can sit and set up nest and weather shelter should be bird proof by covering all places/ structural members (wherever there is a possibility of sitting and set up of nest by birds) suitably by anti bird net machine made UV stablized as manufacturer's specification (e) Both Side wall Cladding : 0.50mm thick pre painted galvalume zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet upto 3 mtr from the ceiling edge (f) Providing of galvanised sheet of suitable thicknes rain water gutter 200mm width and 150mm UPVC pipes as per design. (g) The shelter should be open from the front and rear side as per drawing. (h) The material provided for the pillars and at other places should be corrosion resistant. (j) The weather shelter to be painted externally with camouflage colour scheme . The inner surface of the roof and supporting pillars to be painted with anti-rust paint complete all as specified and as shown on drg:
Note : (i) Weather shelter floor area ( GSBC 300mm thick, WMM 225mm thick, DLC 125mm thick, HDPE film 400 micron & PQC 260mm thick, Expenslon joint ,Construction joint , Dummy Joints) paid and measured separately under respective items/ Schedule.(ii) Submission of 07 sets of Design calculation / details and drawings of Pre - Engineered Weather shelters duly vetted by IIT. (iii) Plinth height shall be 300 mm from GL.
Supply, installation and testing of mild steel motorised sliding gate for 26.6 mtr opening. The sliding gate consists of two panels, each panel shall be 18.00M in length and 2.10 M in height with bottom rail and roller shall be made of SS Gde -316 for sliding arrangement and 02 Nos Nylon roller on each guiding post to hold the sliding gate in position while opening and closing against any lateral movement complete all as specified and directed. The manufacturers specification also to be included for smooth functioning of gate:- (a) Gate should be accessible with electronic control panel with integrated manual all weather switch panel for heavy duty operations. ( b ) Easy key lock release through removable cover opening. (c) Internal provision of sensors for smooth operations during opening and closing of the gate. (d) Gate should have a rugged and powerful gear motor in each leaf of gate operated on 230V main power supply, for smooth operation of the gate alongwith its counter-weight. (e) Gate should have suitable opening/closing speed as per manufacturers specifications.
(f) Gate should be operated manually in case of power failure by key operating system. (g) Independent outdoor panel boards for on/off operations of the gate to be provided for each leaf of gate including elecrtic supply from nearby electric source.(h) spacing of vertical bars shall be 100mm c/c. Note : Submission of 07 sets of Design calculation /details and drawings of motorised sliding gate complete all as specified above duly vetted by IIT

Construction of Soakage well including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, walls in honey combed masonary with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonaryin CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.20M dia x 3.00 M effective depth, complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer, 11KV/433 volts AC three phase 50 Hz, 250 KVA capacity, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- Air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes/fines, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected to secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN 11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tappings at + 5% in steps of 2.5% on HV side to be changed by the means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. Max Losses at 50% load shall not exceed 920W & max losses at 100% load shall not exceed 2700W complete. (i) The unit shall have front cable entry for rase of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown. LBS should be complete with all accessories such as terminal boots, VIPS, cable supports all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF.
Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation upto 1000m as per IEC 60120. Extensible bushings if applicable shall be bolted type top mounted outside the tank for correction of external busbar.
