Relocation /realignment of pumping equipment at WSS Chewaphelipora Stage – Ist by way of, Extracting/lifting of the pumping unit from the sump at site by way of disconnection the circuit from all its allied fittings. Then lowering of the pumping unit at the main source channel. The job includes all allied fittings as per the site requirement. The job includes, Providing, fitting & fabrication of 200mm Dia: M.S. bend of appropriate length, 150mm - 200mm Dia: M.S. reducer of specific length. The job includes150mm Dia: & 200mm Dia: M.S. flanges of specific thickness as per site requirement. The job includes 150mm Dia: & 200mm Dia: rubber washers of appropriate thickness (as per IS: 638/79) for insertion between flanges as per site requirement. The job includes realignment of the already laid delivery line as per site requirement and joining of the new delivery line fabricated of 200mm Dia: M.S pipe available at site. The job also includes sufficient number of Nuts & bolts for fixation of the pipes and control valves as per the site requirement. The flanges are to be welded with the ends of pipe at the joining ends as per the site requirement. The new delivery line is to be joined with the already laid line by way of cutting the window of appropriate dia: with the help of gas cutter and then welding of the new delivery pipe at the particular place. The welding must be chipped off from all overlaps and other buries. The welding must be checked of blow holes or any other technical faults. The job includes all manual labour in terms of civil part for making the site feasible for mechanical works. The job includes all overhead leads and other misc. allied works required as per the site requirement to complete the job well in time. The job includes successful testing and commissioning of the delivery pipe line along with pumping motor.

Providing and fitting of 10mm Sq: 3 core flat PVC coated submersible cable confirming to IS : 694 (part – I & part II)of reputed make and quality for joining the already laid line with additional length as per site requirement.

Providing & fitting of 150mm Dia: NRV of reputed make & quality. The job includes all allied fittings and necessary preparation to make the job feasible as per site requirement.

Providing & fitting of 150mm Dia: Sluice Valve of reputed make & quality. The job includes all allied fittings and necessary preparation to make the job feasible as per site requirement.

Providing & fitting of 50DN Air release valve of reputed make & quality. The job includes all allied fittings and necessary preparation to make the job feasible as per site requirement.

Replacement of damaged Nipple by way of providing and fitting of appropriate size new MS nipple 2-feet long out of B-Class 80mm Dia GI Pipe of appropriate Dia, threaded on one end and on other end welded to same size MS flange of 20mm thickness for 100mm dia column pipe as per site requirement. The B-Class GI Pipe Dia and threaded portion should be as per size of pumping out let for proper fitting.

Providing & fitting of Solar cum electrical rechargeable Lantern of reputed make & quality for night watchman at site

Providing & fitting of 3 inch long Nuts & bolts (as per IS: 1363 Part Ist) for replacement of damaged nuts & Bolts at site.
