M&L providing and applying the plaster with single component ready to use repair mortar (SMART CARE REPAIR MORTAR or equivalent) capable of applying 15mm average thickness in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight) modified cementious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement/Sqm of surface area mixed with specified portion of AP SMARTCARE or equivalent Repair Polymer including taking down existing roof treatment of any type and also taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., to receive further treatment, complete all as specified land as directed. Note: The application shall be executed on any type of surface and on horizontal/Vertical areas.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile/fibre, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: (1) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (2) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (3) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor's dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

M & L for PCC 40 mm thick (Avg thickness) type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof complete all as specified and directed.
