Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying/taking out of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil), including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exceeding 200metre but not exceeding 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply and laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1 made of M-30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying only well burnt brick sub class 'B' old size brick laid dry in trenches with width equal to the length of the brick , complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks are to be reused retrived during the cable taking out against respective items.

Material and labour for Boring hole under road/ pavement / hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultrasound technique with help of machine for inserting HDPE pipe of 50MM dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure, rate for HDPE pipe shall be included in quoted rate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement , GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for cable protection, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement including all fittings , complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Tata/Jindal/Surya pipe

Supplying, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning under ground LT cable size 10Sqmm, 2core, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor complete laid in trenches/fixed to pole/drawn through pipe with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs etc including taking down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 750mmx750mmx600mm cubical outdoor type, weather proof, fabricated made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet, welded on 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron frame having 04 legs 60cm long below frame grouted in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, alongwith 4 strip copper bus bar (200Amp, 1100Volts, 600mm long duly sleeved with relevant coloured -01 Set), with locking arrangements, bottom space for cable entry with and including painted dark shed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of junction box made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet of size 450mmx400mmx250mm, comprising with MCB SP 6Amp - 01 No, aluminium bus bar of strip size not less than 25x5mm and fixing clamps-02 nos including necessary MS nut, bolts, cable glands etc , complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/Legrand/ABB/HPL

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, including GI strip 25 x 4 as earth lead fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers etc and other end connected to the test point including 40 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mess including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc including dismantling old earthing, complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED indicator lamp in RYB colour, complete all as specified and directed. Make- AE/L&T/HPL

Material and labour for preparation of surface of old rusted steel pole (of any size) after taking shut down and applying two coats of aluminium paint in alternate colour of sky blue and white paint, 2 strip of 30cm height at bottom of pole (approx 1.5m) and numbering the pole with 5cm height black paint and back ground in yellow paint 10cm dia round , complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs.354240.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
