Disconnecting & dismentling of damaged/unsv cable any type/ make and Supply & laying (in repair) cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor using lugs bothe end of cable& wrapping pvc tape over XLPE insulation cable and testing complete all as specified and directed for following size:- (Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid seperately)

(a) 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

(b) 35 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

(c) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

(d) 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

(e) 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

(f) 120 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out including filling bottom surface to required level or slope for laying of pipes/ cablescomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry local sand for cable protecting under ground cable (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches including punning the sand upto 18 cm thick and consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured only.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat across the length of cable for protection of cable including taking down old/ broken bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 50mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/ pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/ hard standing including taking out old/ unsv existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F for 80mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' ISI marked including fittings such as bends, tees, sockets etc fixed on wall/ pole or laid in trenches under road crossing/ hard standing including taking out old unsv existing pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for hiring Fault locator Megger machine, Locating fault in HT/LT UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) All the instruments and T&P required for the above job shall be arranged by the contractor at site and cost of the deemed to be included in the above rates. (ii) Contractor should be provide two labours for Joining and dismentling of cable at both the end and excavation above the faulty cable if required.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for cable straight trough heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories for 3.5 core XLPE cable of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm insulated armoured aluminium cable including taking down old unsv joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for cable straight trough heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories for 3.5 core XLPE cable of size 70 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm insulated armoured aluminium cable including taking down old unsv joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for cable straight trough heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories for 3.5 core XLPE cable of size size 150 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm insulated armoured aluminium cable including taking down old unsv joint kit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of indoor/ outdoor elect panel of any size/ type and removing dust, dirt by cleaning/ scrubbing inside outside as required, welding/ fixing and providing fresh hinges/ screw/nut bolts as required and fixing the panel door including painting the external surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint without disturbing the existing fittings and fixture, changing of unserviceable voltmeter, ammeter, indicator lamp, proper taping to incomming outgoing LT UG conductor with flexible tape and insulation tape including marking and writing letter such as SM No. capacity etc. with safety precaution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading graded stone aggregate of size 40mm for transformer yard/ substation complete all as specified and directed.
