Patch repair of Village roads in Banikodar Block Group I

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone ballast of approved quarry of specific sizes(53-22.4mm) machine broken to water bound macadam Grade-III including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth Three wheel roller 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type-B of approved quarry to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per MORD specification Clause 405 and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted i/c over tack coat of VG-10 @ 0.25 kg/sqm composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) @ 1.46 kg/sqm including seal coat type C with 6.7 mm grits using VG-10 @ 0.65 kg/sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by Mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades as per MORD Specification Clause 508 510 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to completion of work.
