Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of Silent type Diesel Generator Set along with AMF panel of having prime rating of minimum 250 KVA, 415 V at 1500 RPM, minimum engine power 300bhP, minimum 450ltr fuel tank capacity, 02Nos-12Volt battery starting voltage, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50Hz,three phase system of Cummins / Sudhir/ kirloskar / Mahindra / Caterpillar. as per ANNEXURE “A” TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION/ SCOPE OF WORK at serial no. 1

Dismantling and lifting: Disconnecting the electrical connection of old Dg set then Dismantling the old Dg set and lift it by means of mechanical crane and placing it inside the campus at suitable place. Job includes lifting of new Dg set by means of mechanical crane and placing it on existing foundation of old Dg set.

Minor Civil Work: Job includes minor civil work like breaking of boundary wall and rebuilding the wall for crane movement. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, labour charges etc.

Earthing:- Suitable chemical earthing to the 250 KVA DG Set and AMF panel as per the recommendation OEM of by way of excavation of pit of proper size up to a depth of 03 meter, copper electrode in hard and soft soil followed by filling of required quantity of earthing chemical for each electrode. Job includes filling of pit with excavated soil and fitment of copper electrode with copper strips and then connecting with DG set. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, labour charges etc.

Laying of output cables: - Providing and laying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade armoured cable of 3.5 core X 400sq mm, 1100 volts covering from 250KVA DG set panel to AMF panel and AMF panel to transformer main panel & interconnections as per site requirements conforming to relevant IS Code with latest amendments up to date of Gloster/ Havells/ CCI/ National/Polycab/ Sky tone make. The cables are to be duly carried along the ducts/walls/floor/cable trays firmly with proper fasteners and clamps if required. The cable ends are to be fixed with suitable capacity jointing kit, aluminum thimbles heavy duty I.S.I marked duly crimped at both ends for each length of the cable. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, labour charges etc.

Laying of control cable:- Providing and laying of PVC insulated armuored control cable 2.5sqmm 8 core copper or as per the design of OEM from AMF panel to 250KVA DG set panel. The cables are to be duly carried along the ducts/walls/floor/cable trays firmly with proper fasteners and clamps if required. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, labour charges etc.

630Amp Changeover Switch: Providing and fitting of 630 Amp on load changeover switch with enclosure type side Handle conforming to relevant IS Code with Latest amendments up to date of Siemens/ GE/ABB/ L&T for making provision to bypassing the 250 KVA DG Set & AMF panel to main supply Line in case of any urgency/failure/malfunctioning of either of DG Set. Job includes proper thimbling of all the electrical cables and connecting the connections of 620 Amp changeover switch. Job also includes proper installation of changeover switch In the powder coated sheet metal panel. Complete job includes cost of material, carriage, taxes, labour charges etc.

Foundation/Platform:- Both the engine and alternator mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel and shall be installed on suitable reinforced cement concrete foundation/platform in the ratio of 1:2:4. The length and width of the Foundation should be at least 300 mm to 500 mm more than acoustic enclosure length and breadth respectively and height of the foundation shall be 1mtr i.e. 500mm below and 500mm above the ground level and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.
