Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

M&L Re-inforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in chajjas

M&L for formwork with rough finished surface of concrete flat to chullah hoods, chajjas,troughs and similar work including edges in any hight in two story buildings including necessary scafolding

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finishing even and smooth surface without using extra cement.

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint to newly plastered surface including preparation.

M&L Repair to RCC chajja fins and RCC perappet fins etc at any height in 2 storey building with PCC 1:2:4, type B 0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate incl necessary scafolding work, form work, rendering on RCC work etc to match with the existing surfaces, all as specified.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles/Tarfelt single layer or roof and removing the deberis out side md land all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any descriptiion and in any position and removing the deberis out side md land all as per specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate ) cast in situ for bed plates etc.

15 mm thick water proofing cement plaster in cm 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing liquid finished even and smooth on concrete surfaces and all as per specified and directed.

M/L for water proofing treatment with folloing specification :- (a) Applicatiion of oil based bituminos primer @250 gm per sqm and the plastered surface (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS 702 heated to a working temperature at 180 degree C @1.20 kg pre sqm of surface area. (c) Provide and lay 4 mm thick APP modified torch applied water proffing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg pe sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt, weighing n less than 160 gm per sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree C longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/cm tear strength of 180 N (mn) of static punctre resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over lap and 15 cm end lap.

Hydraulically,pressed burnt clay tiles plain of size200x200, 19/20 mm machine made laid over cement mortar screed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and jointed pointed in cm 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 15-20mm thick over cement screed base laid in CM 1:6 (15mm thick) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Kota stone slab 15-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over rendering in CM 1:4 (10mm thick) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required fixed on wall,110/75/50mmdia, including all fittings.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed as in rain water pipe, in any length with rubber ring joints,110 mm dia, fixed to walls incl all fittings as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
