Tenderer shall submit the following documents along with tender 1) Firm registration copy if applicable 2) PAN card copy 3) GST registration copy 4) If firm is proprietorship, then Notarized Affidavit for Sole Proprietorship in the name of proprietor on suitable stamp paper (Not less than Rs.100) duly mentioning PAN number in affidavit 5) Power of attorney in the name of who sign the tender documents if firm is partnership or private limited 6) Partnership deed if firm is partnership or MOA/AOA and board resolution if firm is Private limited Note :Failure to submit the afore mentioned documents may result in the summary rejection of the offer.

Tenderer shall submit Certificate for the documents submitted along with tender as per Annexure-V of Part_I of GCC

Important Documents :- In addition to Annexure-V, in case of other than Company/Proprietary firm Annexure-V(A) shall also be submitted by each member of a Partnership firm/Joint Venture(JV)/Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) etc as the case may be.
