Amount

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 1 here -in - above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping / pedestal of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class , LV , Type I flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply erecting and fixing in repairs of Prestressed concrete poles, 9 mtr long, as per IS-1678, with minimum cross section 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom , class - 10 and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Errecting and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of cross arms made out of angle iron/Channel (ISMC) of any size and sections up to 70 cm long suitable for 2 pin insulators complete with clamps, bolts nuts and washers etc with one coat of aluminium paint after scrubbing and preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No 11 here-in-before but for cross arms suitable for 4 pin insulator / cradle guard, upto 1.40 Mtr long.

Painting the existing LT steel poles of including cross arms, clamps, etc with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including thoroughly cleaning of the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the pole up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height ( 3Nos black and 2 Nos yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed

All same as per item No 13 here-in-before but for PCC /RCC poles of any type (LT) 9.0 Mtr Long.

Supply and fix in repairs Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white / brown / green, 1100 V grade, 75 mm height & 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of 31 x 3 mm, 12 mm dia insulator bolt, washers & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for stay assembly complete with all accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR Part I with 16 mm dia stay rod and including 7/2.24 mm size stay strand & stay clamps complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Loop type insulator, excavation& earth work and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and fix in repairs loop type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green with overall dimensions of 90X140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm all as directed.Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair overhead line PVC separators for four conductors system complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for Earth wire, Cradles (hexagonal / rectangular) fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for restringing of LT over head line single ACSR conductor comprising of any size of conductor aluminium/copper/GI after opening binding wire from insulators and replace binding wire and achieved permissible sag limit of over head line conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note- Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to include for cutting/trimming of tree branches wherever touching the over headline around one metre clear of over head line and removing trimmed branches as directed.

Cutting of tree branches of size not more than 20 cm dia and clearing the OH line and removing the same all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI earth leed 4.0 mm Dia fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in elecrical plate No 5, connected to continuous earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm medium grade, earthing lead and GI protection pipe light grade 20 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr, wire mesh, test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw, common salt, charcoal dust / breeze etc complete all as specified and directed.
