12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Ch.-13 (13.4)

Distempering (2 coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian, paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all materials. Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Painting 1st coat over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces upto 10cm width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10 Sq.M. in area with superior synthetic enamel such as Luxol 3, Hi gloss Apcolite, Superlac, Dulux specified brushing to give and even shade and including the cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and scrapping including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different size (thickness to be specified by the manufactorer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make in all colour and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortat 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size of tile 600X600mm Ch.-14 (11.27A)

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone of size 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement (40mm thick floor) Ch.-14 (665)
