Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

Returning filling in foundation/trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 metre above starting point complete.

M & L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete. (Note-Punned thickness ie 180mm will be measured and paid)

M&L for brick protection cover over cable of old size Bricks” laid dry over LT cable width of brick shall be laid across the length of cable) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting / boring under road/ path/ hard standing etc for across the light grade GI pipe in size upto 80 mm dia drawn through cable run and making good to disturbed surface as per existed using cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate etc as site required ,specified and directed. Note ; Depth shall be taken minimum 45 CMs

Supply, laid in trench/ thembling/ glanding/ clamping on surface of wall / beam/ roof etc in replacement to XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric power cable (E) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts garde cross sectional area 10 Sqmm x 4 core (earthed) complete.

Supply, laid in trench/ thembling/ glanding/ clamping on surface of wall / beam/ roof etc in replacement to XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric power cable (E) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts garde cross sectional area 16 Sqmm x 4 core (earthed) complete.

All as per item No 11 above but of size 50 MM bore dia all as directed.

Supply, erecting, connecting and testing of LT feeder pillar box in cubical housing cabinet, outdoor type, platform mounted (minimum height 45 CM above normal GL and 30 CM below normal GL) angle iron frame grouted in PCC foundation , factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof made out by 3.15 MM thick CRCA MS sheet of overall indicating size 750x750x450 MM and full built upon angle iron frame in size 40 x 40 x 5 MM, having front and rear hinged both side openable doors and lifting lugs (02 Nos) , locking arrangement to be connect to earthing strip at rear side, bottom detachable both side openable ,gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivity nut, bolts, spring and washers sheet steel bus bar chambers having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment painted epoxy powder coated comprising 04 Nos aluminium conductor equal size 400 Amps rated colour sleeve insulated bus bar mounting on heat shrinkable insulator both side including MCCB 4 poles TPN 415 volts, 50 Hzs 125 Amps rated 25 KA adjustable thermal based operated as incoming including grouting in PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to steel tubular poles structure, height upto 11 mtr including MS fittings such as cross arms, clamps, pipe channel, bracing etc after removing ,scraping cleaning etc to old paint with aluminium paint applying two coat (one as finishing ) over one coat of red primer oxide using paint spray gun including alternate strip in 30 CM width upto 1.5 Mtr above normal ground level with marking/ written pole indication Nos in different colour complete all as directed. Note : Paint colour shall be approved by Deptt.

Supply and fixing in replacement timer switch (FM series) suitable for 25A /250 V AC supply, FM/1 quartz daily 240V AC base/din mounting including making connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T /Siemens/ Schneider/ C&S/ MDS

Supply and fixing of flood light fitting LED 120 W with mounting bracket not bolt washer to be fix on pole/ wall etc all as site making all connection using three core flexible copper cable drawn through in flexible conduit pipe from control box to light fittings complete all as directed. M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation concrete encasing the pole upto GL.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in mass concrete, foundation of Pole. Note :- Volume of pole shall deducted for payment purpose.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping/ pedastal to poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work complete and finishing the exposed surface even smooth using extra cement. Note :- Volume of pole shall deducted for payment purpose.

M&L for recharging to existed earthing in any type upto stranded value using required chemical such as Nacl/ MgSo4 / other approvad chemical incl reveting / welding/ bolting to earth lead incl testing etc by Tech rep with riveting bolting replacing to nut bolt and washer etc to GI earthing strip for making earth continuity from transformer / panels to earthing pit complete all as site required and directed. Note:- Payment shall be made on getting resistance value with in permissible limit only and test report in duplicate will be submitted in office by the contractor.

Supply in replacement of aluminium thimble / lugs suitable for thimbling to XLPE insulated cable in size 95 to 50 Sqmm x 3.5/ 4 core , 1100 volt graded Make ; Dowell's Cat No ALS - XL 27 to 29 or equivalent in Makes as specified in Appendix 'B'.

Supply in replacement of aluminium thimble / lugs suitable for thimbling to XLPE insulated cable in size 35 to 10 Sqmm x 4 core , 1100 volt graded Make ; Dowell's Cat No ALS - XL 26 or equivalent in Makes as specified in Appendix 'B'.

Supply in replacement of aluminium thimble / lugs suitable for thimbling to XLPE insulated cable in size 185 to 120 Sqmm x 3.5/ 4 core , 1100 volt graded Make : Dowell's Cat No ALS-XL 30 to 32 or equivalent in Makes as specified in Appendix 'B'.

Labour for re-setting of AMF panel DG set in all make / model/ capacity etc by technical rep of authorized OEM agency incl supply and fixing to minor defected spare such as push botton, ignition key, internal copper cable set, fuses/ thimbles / LED display/ relay/ time delay switch / contactor/fuses etc as required in existed specification/ make / model etc including making all connections with all other required work and spares for making serviceable complete.

M&L for de-assembling/opening to DG set engine capacity upto 125 KVA including supply and replacement to unsv main head gas kit in original manufacture by technical rep of authorize agency including re-assembling as same and testing on full load, including servicing replacement to all fuel and oil filters etc all other spares required to made serviceable complete all as directed. Note:- Payment shall be made after full load testing with satisfactorily and no extra cost shall be made to contractor for any other required work to made serviceable.

Supply and fixing in replacement of automatic transformer switch in sheet metal enclosure 4 poles 160 Amps capacity 440 volt 50to 60 HZs frequency closing current 3 A/ 230 volts and tripping current 0.5 Amps/ 230 volts confirming to IEC 977-6-1 incl making all electric connections and nut bolt and washer to be fixed on surface of wall, handle to be operation complete all as directed. Supply and replacement fully automatic industrial star delta starter in sheet metal enclosure suitable for motor power 50 HP , 37.5 to 50 Amps current rating 3 phase 440 volts with making all connection and fixing arrangement confirming to IEC complete all as specified and directed. Supply and replacement DOL starter in sheet metal enclosure suitable for motor power 10 HP , 12-18 Amps current rating 3 phase 440 volts with making all connection and fixing arrangement confirming to IEC complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Schneider Cat No 10 TDL, MS13AC16* in equivalent Siemens/ C&S

M&L for preventive maintenance overhauling servicing cleaning etc all for required to DG set capacity upto 125 KVA located in E/M installation in AOR including supply and replacement of fuel filter (primary and secondary all) oil filter, by pass filter packing material/ gaskets, high pressure GI fuel pipe with both end union ,bolt washer, cleaning to air cleaner with replacement of air cushion pad etc in original manufacture as per existing including cleaning to oil sump using K.oil after drain out old unsv oil & including de-assembling to FIB (fuel Injection Pump) with injectors (04 Nos), HP fuel pipe etc complete assembly and calibration in authorized agency on specific pressure, re-setting of injecting time, replacement to nozzles of injector in existed specification with all other minor spares such as fuel filter (primer and secondary) oil filter nut bolt washer etc all required to made serviceable testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note: (i) Engine Oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective Items (ii) Quoted rate shall be including time / tapper setting, repair to leakage etc all required work for making serviceable. (iii) Payment shall be made after full load testing with satisfactorily by Engr- in-Charge.

Filling & topping multi grade 15W/ 40W engine oil ISI marked supplied in sealed container of Make: Indian Oil/HP or Castrol

Supply and fixing in replacement of self starter assembly complete with mounting bracket suitable for 75 KVA DG set make kirloskar model KG 82.5WS2 in original manufacture all specification as per existing with connecting lead OR cable with thimbles making all connections including testing with original warrant card issued by OEM complete all as specified and directed, Make : BOSCH model F 002620551

M&L disconnecting / taking out to alternator assembly from engine after removing all contact / connections opening to nut bolt and washer of DG set capacity 75 to 100 KVA for carrying to required repairing work, cleaning to inside the body, washing etc including with replacing to fly wheel ring / required nut bolts washer and re-winding to burnt out alternator armature (copper) winding using suitable size of supper enameled copper wire in specific gauge / qty/ Nos of turns or coils etc all as per existing and varnishing heating re-assembling / insulated materials /re-connecting as same with including Supply and fix as new carbon brush, bearing brush sheets etc all other material required to make functional full load testing and commissioning all as per site required and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be including cost of all other hidden works for making serviceable to burnt out unsv alternator and Tpt charge.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ. (ii) Make of material shall be as per mentioned in Particular specifications or Appendix 'B' to Particular specifications as approved by AGE (I) AF manauri incase not mentiooed in BOQ.
