Our financial proposal as given below shall be binding upon us up to expiration of the validity period of the proposal i.e. 180 days from bid due date/extended Bid Due Date. 2. Bid towards upfront Lease Rent as offered by us for the lease period of 20 years, to be paid as per the conditions set forth in the lease agreement, is provided in the below table for use, operation and maintenance of Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) Infrastructure along the Hyderabad–Bengaluru Corridor.
