Earth work in Excavation including lead up to 30 m & lift up to 1.5 m including dressing to profiles for making sub-grade for Road .

Earth work in filling depressions of service road including leveling and dressing for preparation of sub grade by tractor trolley up to a maximum distance of 3 Km.

Providing, laying and spreading 10 cm compacted layer of WBM grade-1 with 45-90 mm size shankargarh stone ballast @1.29cum/10sqm in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with road roller of 80-100 kN, in stages to proper grade & camber, and applying & brooming stone dust @0.28/10sqm as Screening material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting including cost of all material, cartage up to site, water, labour T&P etc. complete as directed of E/I.

Providing, laying and spreading 7.50 cm compacted layer of WBM grade - 2 with 45-63 mm size shankargarh stone ballast @ 0.97cum/10sqm in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with road roller of 80-100 kN. in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming Screening material type- B @0.21cum/10sqm to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting including cost of all material, cartage up to site, water, labour T&P etc. complete as directed of E/I.

Providing, laying and spreading 7.50cm compacted layer of WBM grade -3 with 22.40-53 mm size Kabrai stone [email protected]/10sqm in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with road roller of 80-100 kN. in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming Screening material type-B @0.19cum/10sqm to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting including cost of all material, cartage up to site, water, labour T&P etc. complete as directed of E/I.

Providing and applying Primer coat with Slow Setting Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.75 kg. per Sqm as per using mechanical means including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc complete as directed of E/I.

Providing and applying tack coat with emulsion RS-1 Grade using pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg. / Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with premier and cleaned with mechanical broom as directed of E/I..

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 2 parts of 13.20 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.18 cum / 10Sqm and 11.20 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.09 cum / 10Sqm using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixol unit, laying and rolling with 3 wheal 80-100 kN. Static road roller, finished to required level and grades including cost of bitumen emulsion as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying seal coat type -A over premix carpeted surface with 6.70 mm nominal size stone grit @ 0.09 cum / 10 Sqm with VG-10 bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade as per Technical specifications.

Supplying and laying brick on edge Edging 8.0 cm. wide and 12.00 cm. deep on both side of the road by Straight over burnt Bricks complete as per specification, for preventing the edges from breaking including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying brick on edge soling 0.50M wide on each side of road with Straight over burnt Bricks including preparation of sub grade and filling joints with local earth, including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
