Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x125 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.	-	Sqm	1.25	-
2Providing and fixing 50 mm thick factory-made PUF (Polyurethane Foam) insulated roofing panels with outer and inner facings of precoated galvanised iron/steel sheets of 0.50 mm (±0.05 mm) thickness each, conforming to IS: 277 with minimum 120 GSM zinc coating and 240 MPa steel grade, having 5–7 microns epoxy primer on both sides and 15–18 microns polyester top coat on exposed surface, including back coat as per manufacturer’s specification, and supplied with minimum 25 microns protective guard film to prevent damage during transportation and erection; the insulation core shall be rigid PUF of 50 mm thickness, density 40 ± 2 kg/m³ and thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.023 W/mK, factory injected to ensure proper bonding with steel facings, with panel effective cover width about 1000 mm (overall width about 1060 mm) and supplied in single lengths up to 12 m or as required;
2.1	the panels shall be fixed in position over prepared supporting framework using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size 10 mm dia × 110 mm length with EPDM washers/seals ensuring complete watertightness, including necessary side/end laps, alignment, cutting, trimming and fixing for all heights and in horizontal, vertical or curved surfaces as per directions of Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respects, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses and structural supports, but including all materials, labour, tools and tackles required .
