Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing fencing post all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, nexc 1.5 m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out, in any type of soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in (soil) all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material of soil to a distance n exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.50 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work (Conforming to FE-290, Gde E-165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in fencing posts and struts, swan neck in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary steel bars conforming to FE-410-O or FE-310-O including one shop coat of primer zinc chromium all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts dia of neck 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm & n.exc 10 cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, of any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type and size all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry of the grade C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 18 above but except stone all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, coursed, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 40mm on lime/sand stone all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR masonry in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or block work or stone work or concrete surfaces on walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of walls or RCC Jaffries and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed. Note;- (i) filling of cracks, holes and dents are includes in the same rates (ii) Proper curing with water to be done before and after application of 1st coat. (iii) work shall be carried out at height upto 15 mtr

M&L for preperation of old surface of wall surfaces of any description plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed. Note;- (i) filling of cracks, holes and dents are includes in the same rates (ii) Proper curing with water to be done before and after application of 1st coat. (iii) work shall be carried out at height upto 15 mtr

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, gate vertical surfaces of any height and like over 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including demolition of existing granite or stone slabs of any type and position all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments laid over & including 40mm sand cushioning of approved design & pattern as approved by GE, set all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered angles sides of path all as specified and diected.

M&L for Chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick, set, pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments laid over 20mm thick cement screed base in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor, plinth protection 100 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs Machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in flooring, kitchen platform, steps all as specified and as directed.
