Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 2.5 m wide and not exceeding 3.0 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, retaining wall etc. in any type of soil and getting out soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rough excavation not exc 1.5 M deep and and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced/reinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 25 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Broken stone hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Soling (or sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

50 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Concrete shall be laid in panel/ bay as specified/ as decided by GE. (ii) Nominal reinforcement to be laid measured and paid seperately under respective item. (iii) Top surface shall be finished even and smooth in level as required. (iv) Use and Waste of side formwork shall be deemed to be included. (v) Costing in this item work mixing concrete only RMC through deemed to be included.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingMS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia) , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type c-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Factory made, Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated coloured interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, glossy finish any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of cement with imported pigment including 20 to 30 mm thick sand cushioning bed including spreading levelling watering if required, Shape shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to FE 290-0 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in half brick thick built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, removing all type of vegetation (like peeple tree etc) scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Grubbing up trees/plants trunk of girth 30 to 100mm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground by putting PCC 1:2:4 or brick work upto .05 cum, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I using 20mm graded aggregated stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.50 metre clear span,cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) louvres and jallies, 45 to 50mm thick (measured solid) , including all mouldings but excluding frame Set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Design/Sectional detail of RCC structure shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per ground requirement.

Machine pressed (factory made) precast plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in kerb stone of size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm thick, including setting in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
