Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Brick work with F.P.S. (non modular) clay fly ash bricks class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Cleaning of road side berms in/c the space upto boundary of the Qtrs. Front/ Back side in/c disposal of garbage as directed by the Eng. In-charge.

Cleaning of walls & floor of settling tanks of SAM office complex by scrapping, rubbing to remove the algae and flocks of silts etc. as per instruction of E/I.

Contractual assistance for day to day cleaning and upkeeping of SAM Office, Dola Filter Plant & Sector 'C' Pump House as per instruction of Engineer In-Charge.

Day to day feeding/ distribution of drinking water into OHT of Qtrs. by operating different valves at Sector C Colony with contractual workmen including required tools & Plants complete as per instruction of Engineer In-Charge 03 No man power per day

Day to day feeding drinking water from Sector D water filter plant to Sector C Colony with contractual workmen including required tools & Plants complete as per instruction of Engineer In-Charge 03 No man power per day

Spraying of Anti Malaria Liquid (KO3) in back side/ front of residential colony including Transportation of machine material mixing etc. all complete as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge. 2 times per year (26 days per time) by engaging 2 unskilled manpower per day

Removal/ uprooting of unwanted vegetation/ plants from the surface of building & disposal of same 50 mtr. lead.

Contractual assistance (Semiskilled and Unskilled Manpower) required for Plumbing Work i.e. repairing of old damaged pipe line of dia 15mm to 150 mm including cutting, welding with necessary all tools, plant and machinery etc. (But Excluding the cost of Cutter blade, Electrode) complete as per Instruction of EIC at different places of Raj OC. (Semi skilled & Unskilled Manpower)

Contractual assistance (Semiskilled and Unskilled Manpower) required for Welding Works - i.e. Welding of damaged old pipe line, Hinges, Door Frame, Works at different places of Raj OC.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
