Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft / loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Fabrication, welding and fixing of MS frames made out of MS angle/ flat of any size as required at site for valve pit cover /ladder/ Sump manhole cover, Stair case steps and all other iron works including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal enclosure change over switch 200 Amps capacity, with side handle operation, ISI marked , 3 phase and neutral , 415 Volts all as specified and directed.

Complete overhauling and recommissioning of the following STPs including dismantling the choked MS pipes, SS riser pipes, air diffusers in equalisation tank and MBBR tanks and refixing the same, providing with test report of treated water from govt. approved lab before completion of job. On completion providing training to the operators for operation of STP. Note : The plant will be taken over after successful completion of trial run for 30 days and the rates also include complete cement paint and any repair to concrete sructures to make it upto the mark.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity upto 15 HP and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 15 HP , 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing including cutting and welding in repair MS flanges 80 mm alongwith rubber gasket, nut bots and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Fine Bar screen chamber in RCC constrution of size 0.8x0.6x0.4 mtr (internal dimensions) SWD with design mix concrete of grade M-30 to be constructed under above/below ground as directed by GE, for fine bar screen provided at an angle of 75 degree or as directed by GE to prevent floating objects passing through it and subsequently removing manually and dumped for further disposal at Baird place & DK-1 STP complete all as specified and directed with the following specifications as per drawing approved by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1. Contractor shall get the design drawings approved from Engr-in-Charge before construction of Bar Screen Chamber. 2. The rates of design and drawings are deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated PVC sheathed heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor with armoured 1100 volt grade of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches /duct passing through pipe/ duct fixed in pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, installation commissioning and testing DOSING PUMP high pressure, single head, gear motored adjustable dosing pump with accessories including lead tubing, connecting nuts, injection check valve ,clay weight , and ferrules and including fixing dosing system consisting of 100 litre PE/FRP Tank with PE/FRP Lid & level gauge along with agitator with shaft & blade in SS 316 (FRP/Epoxy coated)/plastic ,mounted on tank Lid will have port hole for pouring bleaching powder and water when necessary.
