REPAIR TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT FOR RCC ROOF AND REPAIR TO CHAJJA/ PARAPET, WATER TANK, GI TUBING AND RAIN WATER PIPE IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN NAL UNDER GE (AF) NAL

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position including any type of rooftreatment , PCC padding, lime concrete, mud etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: All demolished material / debries will be disposed off out side the Airforce station Nal with out any extra cost to the govt. Contractor should arrange dumping site to dispose off material.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall for inserting APP membrane and other works size of grooves 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shapping horizontal face of grooves and making good with cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0,(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, on junction of parapet, coping etc cement concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof paddding, mass concrete finishing as required gradient cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minium weight 3 Kg/Sqm and minium 3 mm thick, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/Sqm ) laid by torch forced application over and including a priming coat using bituminious primer @ 0.40litre/ sqm as per manufactures instruction on concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for two coats of of oil based aluminium heat resisting Paint on App membrane surface of approved make complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound pidi proof LW @ 200ml per 50Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surface of roof and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 20 for mm thick pre-cast cement concrete tiles using 1:2:4 type B0(using 12.5mmgraded stone aggregate) set jointed and pointed in Cm 1:3 over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm dia steel tubing & connections including clearing for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
