PAINTING OF STRUCTURES AND ALLIED EQUIPMENTS IN 132KV YARD OF GRID STATION AKHNOOR

Removing of dry/oil bound paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc

Applying priming coat with ready mix red oxide primer of approved brand & manufacture on steel/galvanized/iron structures(Ist coat) excluding area of transformers

Applying priming coat with ready mix red oxide primer of approved brand & manufacture on steel/galvanized/iron structures(2nd coat)excluding area of transformers

Painting with Aluminium Paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade ,two coats excluding area of transformers

Clearing jungle/cable duct trenches including uprooting of rank vegetation ,grass.small branches of saplingsof girthupto 30m upto 1m depth and removal of rubbish upto 50m distance outside of yard cleared

Repairs to cable duct covers before application of paint by providing & laying of cement concrete including curing but excluding centering & shuttering in 1:2:4

Finishing /Painting with epoxy Black Paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade to cable duct frames of covers ,two coats

Finishing /Painting with epoxy/enamel Paint of approved brand & manufacture at all locations prepared & applied as per specifications including appropriate priming coat ,preparation of surface etc complete ,two coats on steel works for surfaces of both 50MVA & 20MVA Transformers(smoke grey colour)

Finishing /Painting with epoxy/enamel Paint of approved brand & manufacture at all locations prepared & applied as per specifications including appropriate priming coat ,preparation of surface etc complete ,two coats on concrete works for fire protection walls ,area near lawn ,front pillars,duct covers etc with white/Red paint /black paint or as per specified colour.
