M&L for road cutting including excavation returning filling in sepreding leveling wall ramming in layers soiling with brocken boudders WBH 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing road premix carpeting 25mm thick using ready med patch mate material rolled and compacted for road patch repair work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting existing DI water main 100 mm dia in position for inserting tee/ specials for branch connection of 50mm dia size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of gun metal/ globe valves of 40mm dia with iron wheel head, ISI marked confirming to IS-780, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for valve pit and construction of brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 600 x 600x 600mm (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be min 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space) bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM 1:4, 15mm thick. The suice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit, the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered. S&F submersible pump -motor set of 20HP capacity with head not less than 80 meter and LPM not less than 600 LPM. The pump should be multistage pump with outlet dia of 100mm. Supply and fixing in replacement three core copper conductor flat cable of size 10 sqmm for submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed.
