Improvement to Sundermunda MIP In Saintala Block of Balangir District Under the Scheme IDF for the year 2025 26

Clearing shrub jungle and uprooting stumps and small bushes and trees of below 90cm (3ft) girth on pre-measurement and depositing the debrises clear of worksite with all lead and lift complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth, gravel etc. excepting all kinds of rocks and boulders exceeding 0.014cum in volume for dam base stripping, cut-off trenches, outfall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from worksite manually within initial lead & lift etc. complete in all respect as directed by the E. I. C.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc.interspread with boulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification & as directed by E-in-C, within an lead of 1 Km from the place of excavation complete.

Ramming or rolling earth work with light H.R.R. in embankment in layers not exceeding 0.3m as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Fine dressing and turfing to the slopes of the dam or dyke with approved quality of compacted dub grass with all leads & lifts including periodical watering with conveyance, collection of turf and supply of all labour and T&P materials required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge including mobilization and demobilization with all incidental charges to finish the item of work and making arrangement for survival of the grass till its full growth. (Measurement is to be taken after full survival of turf on finished level section).

Collecting, conveying and stacking of moorum in regular stack and spreading with consolidation by H.R.R or rammer including watering etc. complete including cost and conveyance & royalty of moorum with all T&P and labour charges required for the item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing stone riprap to the slopes of earth dam and dyke with quarried and blasted granite stone boulders of size 0.30m and above including dumping on slopes filling interstices with small stones & wedges and packing surface to proper line and levels including fixing wave breakers complete with all leads & lifts complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (No deduction to words voids in finished section.) (Cost of transportation to be added)

Gravel backing to revetments to the required thickness to proper profile of dam including watering including all cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling of foundation with sand with all leads and lifts, delfts including watering and ramming in layers complete in all respect etc. completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete M15 with 20 mm Size crusher broken granite metal & down graded of approved quality quarried and free from weathered skin including lifting the materials lowering, hoisting and laying the concrete for required level with curing ramming finishing etc. complete in all respect to proper slope and level with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials etc. complete including dewatering as and when necessary as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement Cement concrete in (M 20) with 20 mm down grade crusher broken hard granite chips quarried & free from weathered skin of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in position to proper slope and level and compacting by Vibrator in layers not exceeding 0.15m in depth finishing the exposed surface smooth including watering, curing for required period including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials labour, T&P materials required for this item complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C works in foundation of all heights with wooden & steel shuttering plates including supply of ties supports rigidly fixed and removal including making good to the damaged surface where necessary with all scaffolding gangway etc. with cost, conveyance and other taxes of all materials including all labour and T&P materials required for the item complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the HYSD bars and placing in position as reinforcement and anchoring including lapping where necessary, cost of HYSD bars & binding wire with all leads, lifts for bending yard to placement point including cost, conveyance, labour, T&P & all taxes required for this item etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling of foundation with the excavated earth with all leads and lifts, delfts including watering and ramming in layers complete in all respect etc. completed as directed by the Engineer in charge.
