Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for shafts , wells, cesspits, manholes, laying of pipe and exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Taking out old unserviceable GI water tubing 50 mm to 80 mm,from the wall ,floor or from the trench including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI water tubing 25 mm to 40 mm,from the wall ,floor or from the trench including all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing GI water tubing 50 mm to 80 mm for additions or alterations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , laying, jointing and testing GI tubing medium grade 25 mm dia with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ all as specified and directed.

Supply , laying, jointing and testing GI tubing medium grade 40 mm bore dia with one socket both end threaded in any length including cutting threading connection in new or old position and all type of GI new fittings for laid in trenches/wall/ceiling/ floor/ all as specified and directed.

Lifting the 3 HP submersible pump from bore well, including flange/socket joints of delivery pipe, dismantling the flanged joints, lowering the submersible pump after repairing, by tightening the flanged/socket joints of column pipe, re-fixing of existing safety bucket with steel rope complete to make it operational /functional all as per specified and as directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable winding and cleaning the slots of submersible pump motor, 3 HP and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge ,weight, size etc complete including all insulations, varnishing, heating etc and making all connections & testing to make it functional complete all as directed .

Dismantling the submersible pump of 3HP , cleaning, repairing, overhauling replacement of all unserviceable parts, nut, bolts, impellars, bushes, thrust bearing, clutch system, bowl assembly and repairing/ replacement of pump shaft and re-assembling, commissioning and testing to make it operational / functional complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for lifting the Openwell submersible pump 7.5 HP from Sump,including flange/socket joints of delivery pipe, dismantling the flanged/socket joints, lowering the submersible pump after repairing, by tightening the joints of column pipe, re-fixing of existing complete to make it operational / functional all as per specified and directed

Taking out the old unserviceable winding and cleaning the slots of submersible pump motor, 7.5 HP and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge ,weight, size etc complete including all insulations, varnishing, heating etc and making all connections & testing to make it functional complete all as directed .

Supply and fixing in repalcement of DOL startor suitable for three phase centrifugal pump upto 3HP. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement startor suitable for three phase submersible pump 7.5 HP.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning in replacement of Sensor Nodes for analog Sensor (Transmitter) for over head tank data collection and transmitting system fixed on top of the OHT by means of brackets, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning inreplacement of Digital display unit for over head reservoir which indicate the water level on seven segment display in 1.5 Mtr height from tground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning inreplacement of Ulterasonic sensor (output 4-20mA)Range 300-5000mm complete fixed in the top of OHT Doom (inside) without toch the water highlevel by means of brackets, nut bolts and drilled to the concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commisioning 3 core copper cable 1.0 sqmm size in wiring of the digital display system with sensor unit and all wiring of the complete system.

Proven of 5 amp switch and socket along with point wiring for the display unit at OHT including incorporated with the provision of the power supply to the display unit like 1.5 sqmm multi strand PVC insulated copper conductor, switch socket complete all as specified and directed . Note :- (a) Installation commisioning and testing to be carried out only the presence of the manufactureer themselves whichever the manufacture is recommended. (b) It is to be ensured that one year free comprehensive maintenance by the manufacturer from the date of installation testing and commisioning and the required certificate for the same from the manufaturer to be collected and haned over to the department before the completion.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) in Hard/dense soil n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubbed mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and removing surp soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface.

Taking out the old unserviceable winding and cleaning the slots of centrifugal pump motor, 5 HP to 15 HP and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper wire of existing gauge ,weight, size etc complete including all insulations, varnishing, heating etc and making all connections & testing to make it functional complete all as directed .

XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross- sectional area 25 sq. mm, 3.5 Core.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing non-return valve suitable for GI tubing of 50 mm bore, (ISI Marked) both ends flanged and drilled for jointing including two flange joints and jointing material such as nuts, bolts washers rubber packing etc including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair of any type unserviceable starter suitable for 5 Hp to 15 HP motor complete all as specified and directed EIC.

S&F in repair display sign board (box type) of size 1200mm X 450 mm with writing letters (as required) on board and made by 4 mm thick transperent sheet with inside tubelights for night lumination on both sides side duly framed on 25 mm dia stainless steel frame of 304 grade, stainless steel post of height 2.60m from GL and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in ground upto 60 cm depth including necessary earth work as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair display sign board of size 3 feet x 2 feet with writing letters (as required) on board and made by 3 mm thick ACP sheet with lumination on one side Retro venyl o MS pipe Frame of 25mm x 25 mm, MS pipe of 50mm x 50mm square post of height 6 feet from GL and fixed with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 in ground upto 60 cm depth including necessary earthwork as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
