Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus be excavated soil within a lead of 50M from edge of cutting . disposed earth is to leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Supplying and filling of plinth with sand under floor including leveling, dressing, watering, consolidating and ramming complete including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (M-20) (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundations, walls, suspended floor, plinths, plinth beams, lintels, stair case, roofs, beams, landings, columns, pillars etc complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost and carriages of all material involved upto site complete. All works upto floor V- level.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75-A in super structure up to floor V-level In cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 fine sand). including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cms wide

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed Floor tiles wherever required of size 1'0"x1'0" or above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing of colored chequerred tiles of size 1’-0”x1’-0” wherever required or above or as directed by EIC of approved make like ONAYX or equivalent etc. laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with sand complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, clerestory windows, including ISI marked M S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including paneling and glazing all complete as per direction of EIC with deodar wood.(35mm thick)

Making wooden plate form (Deck) using waterproof ply 19mm thick for sitting of Dogs of height 9 inches from ground as directed by EIC including costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Structural steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing Pre-colour coated galvanized iron profile sheets size, shape and pitch of corrugated as approved by EIC and fixed with nuts bolts / rivets excluding cost of iron posts. (0.50mm thick sheets) vertical / curved surface with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers complete as per specifications, excluding cost of perlins and rafters, Including all carriages and cost of material involved.
