Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair RCC M30 Grade Precast concrete post of size 150mm x 150mm x 2100 mm height , having two grooves of size 55 x 28 mm so as to receive 7 Nos of panels having size of 1500 mm x 300 mm x 50 mm thickness (6 Plain Panel at bottom + 1 Design Panel at top as approved by Engr-in Charge/GE). The post shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of 8 mm dia bars with 4 mm dia stirrups @ 150 mm C/C, panels shall be reinforced with 4 Nos of longitudinal bars of 6mm dia plain steel & 6mm plain MS Stirrups @ 150 C/C all welded. The post shall be fixed to the ground by digging a hole if 50mm x 450mm x 600 mm and in the alignment of pannel at bottom ground filled with PCC 1:3:6 after the post should be aligned in these holes. Supply and fixing in repair for providing 2 to 2.50mm thick FRP chajja of approved pattern/shape/size (with sides & front drop etc), colour/pattern as of Mangalore clay tile (the FRP chajjas shall be moulded in gel coat finish, the thickness shall be 4 mm and back patti to be additionally reinforced with core matt, all resins and pigment shall be fully weatherable and UV established, core malt shall be used with GSM for extra thickness, necessary FRP covered metal), chajjas shall be fixed in position with and including 8mm dia and 125mm long split fastener bolts (Shakti or equivalent as approved by the GE) spaced not more than 45cm C/C and also filling the gaps with polysulphide sealant including necessary scaffolding / erection of working platform etc, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair PVC tensile fabric structure with PVDF (polyvinyl-idene-fluoride) coating with all necessary fixtures, of any size and shape for making Canopies, shed etc. fixed with mild steel structural frame work, weight of the fabric is considered, with fabrics ranging from 900gsm to 1200 gsm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The shape/ design of the sheds will be as approved by GE. (b) Cost of structural steel used will be measured and paid separetly under relevant items in this schdule. Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of epoxy paint over two coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 10mm polycarbonate hollow sheeting with UV coating of 50-80 microns fixed with necessary fitting and fixture inclding cap, base, top and bottom connector etc in mild steel frame or others all as specified and directed. Note: Rate inclusive of necessary aluminium patti, fitting and fixtures.

Supply and fixing in repair for 20-25 mm thick, machine cut, Kota stone slab, as in floors, steps, landing etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of slab, including cutting, grit polishing followed by wax etc. over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but as in skirting/ riser/ dado etc over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labor in repair for two coats of epoxy based paint for concrete surface over one coat of epoxy primer mixed with silica sand to get grit finish on top. Before applying epoxy primer, prepare the surface from any undulation (using wire brush or electric floor scrubber) removing all oil and grease stain if any, and brooming the surface clean to remove any settle dust particle. Apply the primer and let it dry for 24 hour and then apply the epoxy paint with desired color complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for 10 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface with GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre with & incl Hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over above items no. 94 for any sunk or raised moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for fixing sports multi-colored rubber flooring of thickness 8-10mm using necessary adhesive including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for fixing sports rubber flooring tiles (of any desired color and interlocking type) of area exceeding 0.9sqm not exceeding 0.4 sqm of thickness 15-20mm with suitable adhesive including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for Stainless Steel grade 306 decorative designer railings, staircase, covers, sitting place, shed etc. (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes mirror or wire brush finish, SS flats (plane or chequered) & SS plates cutting to desired shape, 1D Finish etc. complete with and including required cutting, notching organ welding, riding and drilling counter sunk holes, as required and bending to required shape by mechanical means in factory as per site requirement without forming wrinkles and butting and buffing / polishing fixing with necessary nut bolts and fixtures and filling the holes with microconcrete complete all as specified and directed.
