M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets etc. complete of and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 ), quality-A, all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over and including priming surfaces with primer as per manufactures instructions and laid by forced application complete all as specified all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L perforated particle board / tiles 12mm thick for insulation and acoustic purpose 60 x 60cm size fixed with screw to aluminium frame work or staples on snap grid in ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, cut and polished as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 to roof surfaces, bearing plaster, sunken portion etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The rates do not include for the supply of water proofing compound, which shall be paid for in addition at “supplied only rates separately, as applicable.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even & fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L dubbing out average 20mm thick on irregular face of walls in cement plaster 1:4 and floating / setting coat 5mm thick in cement plaster 1:2 trowelled to even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

M & L applying two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge

M & L providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint and a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces including preparation of surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F 15mm bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

S & F 20mm bore medium grade steel tubes galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floor all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge .

Taking down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing/ removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Taking down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing/ removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks, white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I of capacity 500 Litres all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F in repair ball brass valve 20mm bore dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed with iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S & F PVC pipes (SWR) single socketed with rubber ring joints 110mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore of 110 mm all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition and breaking upto 100mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware/ PVC or AC pipe) set in cement mortar and taking out all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.
