Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)
6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work
Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)
Lettering with water based paint on exterior boundary wall to write " TRESPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHY PROHIBITED " at desired interval and of desired font size as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Pasting and placing picture of AAI logo on exterior boundary wall at desired interval and size of 500 mm wide and 450 mm in height and "भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण" written in hindi at bottom all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Conducting soil tests (SPT) on newly acquired land at B.M. Airport, Ranchi & submit test report of the same complete as per direction of E.I.C.
Vetting of structural drawing and design of framed boundary wall on newly acquired land at B.M.Airport from govt. Engineering college/BIT Mesra. The scope of the work shall include the following:- 1. Vetting of structural drawing of framed boundary wall. 2. Providing a detailed report on structural design & suggesting modifications if required based upon stability analysis. 3. Submission of 3 sets of vetted design/ drawing for approval. All complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and maintaining suitable commercial passenger vehicle (AC) on daily basis with cylinder capacity of minimum 1400 CC (Tavera/ Scorpio/ Tata Sumo/ Bolero) not more than three years old either petrol or diesel driven including driver & fuel with mobile facilities for taking the samples from work/ plant site to laboratory and movement of the officials during progress of work for checking/ controlling the quantity of work. The Engineer-In-Charge will be controlling officer for movement of vehicles (limiting to 2000 kms per month with minimum 10 hrs daily use).
Supplying skilled Amin for assisting in carrying out demarcation, alignment of boundary wall as per village map and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. .
