Scarifying or picking existing gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface, area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm (average 75mm) and segregating serviceable stone metal for re-using and removal of debris from site to a distance upto 50 metres spread & levelled as directed, complete all as specified.

M&L Repair to pot holes in road surface not exceeding 1 Sqm in area & depth 30 mm (average) of each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 5kg/ 10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg/10sqm, blinded with 0.06 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size as specified for bituminous carpet 30 mm thick, well rammed, complete all as specified.

M&L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm and providing Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using minimum 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying evenly priming/tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with mechanical sprayer of road surface by sprayer operated by hot pressure mechanism, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam (Design Mix), laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less by binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) of 4% by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver and rolling with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to the required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and marking broken/continuous central/end line on the road pavement and the like of any description and width using hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick (excluding thickness of glass beads) and providing reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per square metre as per IRC-135,confirming to MOSRT&H, complete all as specified. Make-STP/Asian Paint/Auto Mark. Note:- The painted surface shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath, if necessary, the surface shall be repainted untill the desired results obtained.

S&F dual directional reflective cat eye of impact resistant ABS plastic stud 100mmx100mmx25mm having ultravoilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with 31 mini retro reflective glass bead of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm and length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
