SH : OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Operation & maintenance (routine & preventive) contract of the high side & low side of the air-conditioning plant having 3x325 TR Screw chiller Daikin Make (2 working + 1 standby) installed at Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital, 133x2 TR Screw chiller Air cooled make Carrier installed at Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre & 14 nos. VRV/VRF Air conditioners of total 280 HP/224 TR installed at Psychiatry Building comprising of all the machinery equipment installed in the AC Plant Room main buildings including cooling towers, AHU and monitoring and operation of BMS system etc. in three shift of 8 Hrs. each per Day as per maintenance schedule attached, plant shall be operated round the clock in year. Note: - Total nos. of staffs for operation & maintenance are 05 numbers only in three shifts of 8 hours each. One skilled shall be present in each shift & forth staffs (both skilled and semi-skilled) shall be provided for reliever duty otherwise they should be present in the general shift. 01 Supervisor shall be present in general shift & must be present as and when required in the interest of work.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 3 nos. 325 TR Daikin make water cooled chillers with other low side equipment, with all accessories and approach below 2 degree to be maintained during the entire contract period. (Installed in Trauma Centre & Super Speciality Hospital)

Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 133x2 TR Screw chiller Air cooled make Carrier (Installed in Bone Marrow Transplantation & Stem Cell Research Centre).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 14 nos. Air Cooled VRF Air conditioners of total 280 HP/224 TR with all Accessories. (Installed in Psychiatry Building).
