Excavation in all types of soil to the lines and levels as specified including strutting, shoring, dewatering wherever required to keep the trenches dry for subsequent activities namely laying of soling,PCC, etc. and refilling in foundation trenches,compacting, and disposal of surplus material to municipal dumping area . All labour and materials complete.

Dismantling masonry/pcc/soling including strutting, shoring, dewatering wherever required to keep the trenches dry for subsequent activities namely laying of soling,PCC, etc. and refilling in foundation trenches,compacting, and disposal of surplus material to municipal dumping area . All labour and materials complete.

Soling with hard laterite rubble stone of 20 cm size including hand packing, compacting, etc complete. All labour and material etc complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc.all labour and material etc complete.

Providing & fixing shuttering for the column, footings/base slab/brackets/coping and vertical walls,etc.,deshuttering , all labour and materials complete.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge,curing,all balour and materials etc complete.

Providing and fixing reinforcement with TOR steel confirming to IS :1786 or equivalent including cutting, bending, tying grills, placing in position, holding in position during concreting, etc. including cost of binding wire. All labour and materials etc. complete.

Constructing masonary in superstructure using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70 kg/cm2 (28 days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junction and corners, all scaffolding lifts, raking out joints, curing etc. All labour and material etc complete.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge curing, all labour and materials etc. complete.

Supplying and erecting structural steel in angle nosings, 'Y' angle,base plates,hooks,anchors,etc. including cutting, welding, grinding, providing MS rods/hooks/pins, painting the poles with 2 coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including scaffolding, tools and plants, labour and materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing new fencing of GI barbed wire 12 G straight lines to the Y shaped angles, as approved by engineer in charge, including transportation,scafolding all lifts, tools, plants, labour and materials etc complete.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Supplying and fixing broken glass pieces in coping set in CM (1:3) 4 cm thick (av) using 19.5 kg of broken glass per square metre area of coping on top of wall .al;l labour and material etc,complete.

Dismantling of temporary fencing with poles including,cutting,disposal as per the instructions all laboor,tools,machineries,etc.and making provision for securing electrical cables all complete.
