Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 meter wide and n.exc. 1.5 meter in depth for foundations of man holes etc., n.exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soils all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm size graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete and filling complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean redius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping / kerbs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surface channel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.07 above but on stone walls

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm of above item complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm size graded stone aggregate) as in drain cover slabs and set in position with cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing unserviceable RCC cover slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe-410-S 0r Fe-410-O.complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but 6 to 8mm dia

Demolition of brick masonary or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashiar facing dressed stone work and precast articles complete all as sepcified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc as in internal and external suraces of manholes, septic tank, ailter bed etc including removing of debrie complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairs to pot holes not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10, putting in premixed bituminious macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm VG-30 blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressure to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete consolidated thickness 30 mm with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG -30 grade, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete to a uniform surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid / rolled compacted to required gradient and camber( consolidated thickness 75mm or less) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying thermoplastic road marking paint (reflective) of specified shade or colour and spray the glass beads @ 250 gm/Sqm, 2.0 mm thick not exceeding 10 cm width or girth including lines, dashes, arrows etc., using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator, on road surface made free of all dirt, scales,oil grease, foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm size graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC chequerred cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in near cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor over and including 20 mm thick screed bed with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
