Providing labour services for annual maintenance of water supply system and sanitation system of Power House building unit 1 to 5, Auxiliary building, Administrative Building, office complex, store shed, canteen building and CHP control room in Powe

NCSR- Repair & monitoring of external/internal water supply line (including 15mm to 150 mm dia )opening & fitting of G.I. pipe fixtures such as elbow, socket, union, cistern, waste pipe, bib cock, stop cock, piller cock, push cock etc. opening and repair of valves at various floors to maintain regular water supply in P.H. building , office complex, store shed, canteen building, administrative building, labour colony and auxiliary building unit 1 to 5 etc. , providing at various floor in side the all above maintained building including daily inspection of water supply line, waste water out let of 50 mm to 100 mm dia and de-chocking the same if required, i/c all T&P, labours, minor spare parts such as washers, plugs for repairing of G.I. fitting etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Daily work)

Cleaning/washing of toilets floors, wall tiles and removal of cobwebs from toilets at various location and fixtures i.e. at various elevator (except administrative building) and cleaning of fixtures such as W.C. pan, wash basin, Urinal, sink and cistern etc. the all working days i/c providing consumable material like Acid chemicals, detergents, toilet cleaner and tools & tackles as required complete placing naphthalene balls 5 Nos. in each wash basin & urinal pots in every week and other cleaning works as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Cleaning of the chocked sewer line by excavating pit between man hole and repairing the same S.W. pipe and taking out the chocked materilas from S.W. pipe and clean it, dewatering the man hole (if required) and re-joint the pipe as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Cleaning and de-chocking of man hole and sewer line to nearest connection man hole of any size for allowing free flow of sewage through it , and dispose out it to the designated area etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Cleaning and de-chocking of Nahani trap at various floors of the power house building, auxiliary building i/c making all scaffolding, ladders, Jhoola, opening of the board and fixing the same including disposal complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Cleaning and de-chocking of W.C. sheet (Indian/ European) and line connecting pipes to the nearest man holes chamber to allow free flow of sewage & disposal of waste if any obtained out of P.H. to the designated area etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Cleaning and de-chocking of septic tank removal of human waste, dewatering, disposal of human waste outside P.H. at suitable location (STP colony area) with lead of 8.00 KM complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR- Up-keeping watch & ward of civil site office i/c attending call bell & telephone regarding various complaints of civil works at P.H. and cleaning sweeping of office and other misc. emergency works complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

NCSR:- Cleaning and removal of wet Ash, coal dust and other waste materials from Ash/ oil separator pits constructed on drain at different location of P.H. below 3.00 m ground level and dewatering and pumping from working area and operating of gate (opening, closing & dewatering the water) i/c transporting of waste material obtained from Ash / oil separator up to lead of 3 to 4 km outside of P.H. at disposal point (Ash bund) complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.
