Material and labour for repair to pot holes not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping in free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing top surface of asphalt concrete in 30mm depth (thickness) by asphalt concrete milling machine for making even surfaces for and removing all the debbries in a distance exceeding 1.50 KM from the side and deposited where as directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 10Kg/ 10 Sqm by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of black top existing surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5Kg/ 10 Sqm by using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 all as specified.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (Bitumen VG-30) binder content by weight of total mix, by hot mix process and spread & levelled by mechnical paver with string sensor , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 ton power roller and rolled to uniform smooth surface complete as per clause of MORT & H (Ministry of Road and Transport & Highways) specification (Fifth revision) complete all as specified and directed. .

Material and labour for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick as in lines, dashes, arrows etc with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint, White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparing old treated surfaces and applying two cots of floor paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide and filled with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for granite (of any type and any colour) work of 18-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Toilet Building

Surface dressing for not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of wall etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick internall surfaces on brick/concrete in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material & labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering as in ceiling on fair faces of concrete surface in cement mortar in 1:3 as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24 herein before, but 6 mm to 10mm dia for strirrups.

Supply and fix for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specificationcomplete all as specified and as directed.
