Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of following direct driven axial flow pressurization fan complete with Long casing AMCA Certified and Motor should completely accommodated inside the fan casing. Fan should be G.S.S. sheet(Steel sheet should be JFE Galvazinc), JIS G3302, SGCC with Z22 (minimum coating weight on both sides @ 220 g/m2) zinc coating & Zero Spangle, skinpassed, chromated and dry. Fan motor shall be suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% volts, 50 cycles, 3 phase power supply with class 'F' insulation. The fan shall be equipped with mounting bracket & spring isolators for the installation of the fans including fire proof flexible connection at inlet and outlet with facility to operate in Emergency condition during fire fault signal generated from fire alarm system.All tube/vane axial fans motors shall be of minimum IE2 efficiency not be less than 65 % and noise level should not be more than 75 dbA @ 3 m distance for normal operation and 80 dbA @ 3 m distance for emergency operation of fans when measured in hemisperical reverberant room conditions. Sound attenutors of appropriate length shall be included in the cost to achieve the desired result having outlet velocity of fans not more than 15m/s

Supplying, fabricating, installing and testing of site fabricated G.I. sheet metal ducts of following thicknesses including necessary supports, flexible hangers with isolators, nut, bolts, gaskets, splitter, damper ,vanes, all in GI, complete in all respect as per specifications and as required in accordance with the approved drawings.

Supply & fixing of bird screen as per site requirement for Air pressurization work and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of vibration pad to control fan vibration as per site requirement for Air pressurization work and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of M.S. angle supports for installation of all axial fan including necessary required hardware for fixing of supports etc. and other works like chisseling ,Glass cutting work,civil work etc for sucessful completion of pressurization/ ducting work as required and as per instruction of E-I-C.

Supply and Installation of suitable relay module with fire alarm panel during fire fault alarm signal for sucessful integration with pressurization system.

Supply and laying of following XLPE insualted and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Grade copper conductor armoured power cable confirming to IS 7098 Part-I/1988 upto date amendment.
