Forming V-grooves section of size 25x20mm by cutting cracks in existing RCC roofs or terracing cleaning out the surface and sealing the same with CRACKSEAL RTV (A)/equivalent and applying two coats of DICHAMENT DS POWDER should not less than @ 3 Kg/Sqm and NAFUFILL BB @ 250 Gms/Sqm for two coats) all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces with wire netting of galvanised steel wire 0.71mm dia and size of mesh in 20mm (on dome RCC roof with valley gutter) including water proofing compound finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) This item is to be executed upto the height of 20m from Ground level. (ii) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick, APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade having tensile strength of 650 N/Sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of 180N by torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 90/10 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

SOUND PROOFING FOR APU ( BLDG NO P-240) SOUND PROOF FOR WALL AND CEILING M&L for providing and fixing sound transmission control system by having infill & sandwiched Micro Fiber (1000 GSM) over the wall with 400 Kg density board with the help of stud 50mm with web flanges 15 & 50mm over the system we will bind the Nitrile rubber of 25mm thick to control sound over the STC provided wall. Over the system stretch the Fabric System on GI studs 2400mm x 75mm web, flanges 15 & 50mm fully knurled giving it high strength, hot dipped galvanized steel with 120 GSM

zinc coating specially designed for Acoustic vibration management and long life with a backing 50mm thick with 48 Kg density insulation pad over the 600 x 1200 x 20mm wood bounded magnetite board tile with NRC 0.90 to be mechanically fastened on the GI studs. Then 12mm/20mm Viny tracks are screw fixed on to the 6mm Ply and Acoustics panels. Then the fabric is stretched over the Vinly tracks including all necessary scaffolding.

ACOUSTIC SOUND PROOF DOOR Providing and fixing acoustical door for the Auditorium. The door to be fabricated with 12mm MDF board (Green) exterior grade) veneer facing and finished with varnish on both side. The door will have insulation with one layer of 50mm th. 24 Kg/Cum density fiberglass. The fiberglass should be supported with wooden batten of sal wood frame work 50mm x 50mm @ 600mm C/C to avoid sagging.

The door leaf will be fabricated using 95mm x 70mm th. Teak wood frame shall be provided on all four sides. The fixed door frame (Chowkhat) shall be Teakwood of size 120mm x 70mm. The door will be provided with hydraulic door closer, SS door handle and relevant hardware for fabrication and fixing. The door seal of rubber Magnetic type of to be provided all around of the door frame as shown in the drawing the door to be attached with the door frame by brass metal hinges with adequate strength and numbers to avoid sagging. All joints to be sealed with Dow corning 790 or equivalent mastic sealant. The doors on the auditorium side to be finished using non light reflective media like carpet of dull laminate/veneer

EOT CRANE

AIR INTAKE SYSTEM

Supplying, fabricating, installing and testing of the sound baffles {to be installed at the air intake path, at heighht in the shaft} of size 6ft x 4ft, 5 inch thick shell be made of 0.6mm thick powder coated perforated high strength metal like SS or alloy steel liner panel, consisting of 100mm thick fire resistant sound absorptive material (Resin bonded rock slab of density above 60 Kg/m3) lining to be tied with the frame with SS304 stabilizing wire to keep the baffle integrity inplace. The insulting material to be tied inside frame.

These baffles to be of rectangular section with design as specified in tender drawing, capable of working in vertical hanging position at high air velocity without creating noice complete as per specifications attached. Method/mechanism for mounting/fixing of baffles with the existing horizontal support members will be with the help of clamped hanging arrangement, made of SS with lock in SS nut-bolts, sufficiently planned to provide full proof installation and to suit the site conditions. This complete assembly to installed at high height-in-existing air intake engine test bed jalousle. All fastners and fitting to be used for installation to be heavy duty SS 304 only. The installed sound absorbing panels of the intake shaft should not exceed 20 m/sec and the noise reduction system shall be capable of reducing of air in the suction shaft to less than 80 dB. Loss of pressure should not exceed 1.33 kPa (10mm Hg). The total system of sound absorbing panels including fixing shall be done in consultation with user and as per particular specification. Scope also includes the vendor to undertake the 'Reverberation Time Test' to escertain the sound reduction post installation of sound baffles at air intake and get the testing validation and certification issues done through any of the approved agency naming effisense consulting, New Delhi, VPA Enterprises, Stanch & Tranquil, New Delhi, Vendor need to refer the tender specification and tender drawing for detailed understanding apart from visiting the site for more clarity.

Dismantling and removal of existing sound baffles installed in the Air intake shaft (at and elevated height) of size of appox 6ft x 4ft and 6 inch thick, suspended using ISMB, in two rows in vertical elevation complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Contractor need to visit the site to access and understand the existing site conditions of the installed baffles before quoting the item. (ii) Dismantled baffles shall become Contractor's property as per schedule of credit.

Supply & fixing structural support/ framework for installation of jalouise and baffles. This work includes supply, fabricationand installation of steel framework (including both I- beams, C-channels, etc of required size and supplied from Jindal Hissar or Tata make) for installation of air baffles, as per site need and in alignment with technical specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Air intake jalousie with aero foil blade design complete with Electrically (with Mechanical over-ride) operated arrangement from outside complete as per site need and specifications attached. These movable jalusle grilles will be used in the existing test bed systems as dampers, regulating the air volume and pressure. The main body is made of double coated hot dipped galvanized steel frame with 1.5 mm width.

The shutter blades have aerodynamic shape and are made of aluminium profiles fire retardant long life weather proof rubber seals. All steel to be painted with fire retardant paint. The blades position is regulated by reinforced alloy/corrosion resistant steel gearing wheels positioned alongwith the main housing. Complete assembly to be fitted with suitable torque electrical actuator, with manual override, by extended lever arm. All electric cables to used to be fire retardant and actuator to be suitable for operating in outdoor/amblent conditions, suit to industrial application. Complete assembly to install at high height in existing air intake engine test bed jalousle. All fasteners and fitting to be used for installation are required to be heavy duty SS 304 only. Vendor need to account that alxes and bearing to be continous steel plated HEX, linkage of plated steel, Bearing to be of Bronze oil impregnated. All jalousie shall be furnished complete with mounting frame/joining angels for each module and all components are incidental as specified here with in all structural support element and hardware required to installation of the module with composite Damper units. The entire assembly including jalousle operating system shall be supplied from sigle source. Each module shall have integral channel frames with interconnecting linkage between modules which shall permit all jalousle blades in assembly too operate in unsion. Modules shall be individually removable frame composite assembly.

They shall have metal to metal overlap in the closed position. Blade shaft shall be fabricated of stainless steel type 304. Blade shaft shall not be less than 20 mm in Diameter. Blade shaft axis shall always be horizontal position. The entire blade and shaft assembly shall be supported to each by mean of self lubrication sleeve type Bush/Bearing suitable for smooth operation. The linkage shall be external heavy duty industrial type fabricated of stainless steel 304. The linkage bearing shall be fabricated of Brass. Jalousie frames shall be made of a channel cross section not less than 200 mm and not more than 300 mm wide. Mullion supporters shall be designed by the contractor, the mullion shall be the full length and width of the Damper. Mullion supports shall be HOT DIP Galvanized steel and have holes suitable for Damper mounting. Mullions support shall be installed by the contractor. The complete damper assembly to be designed and installed to have a manual and electriacl actuator mechanism available with provision of connecting the actuator with BMS on open protocol. The complete design to be validated through Effisense consulting, New Delhi for design and post installation.

MS SHEET WORK FOR AVOIDING RAIN WATER INGRESS Providing and installing the corrugated G.S sheet roofing fixed with G.I.J or hooks, bolts and nuts, GI angle framework for support and G.I limpet washers, including welding and joining with the existing framework. Work shall include fabrication and installation frame fitted with GS sheet for avoiding the ingress of rain water on the top of the jalhoise. All metal to be provided with a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on frame and over lapping of sheets complete (upto a pitch of 60) excluding the cost or purlins, rafters and trusses. (Profil sheet TATA make), as per site need and in alignment with technical specifications and drawing shared. The work need to be performed at height (on top of Jalhouse), so all necessary arrangement need to be arranged for suiting the work conditions and site need.
