M & L for removal of damaged portion and pop out broken corners, pot holes and developed cracks of rigid concrete surface incl cutting out concrete with concrete cutting machine, chiseling of concrete to shape as per site requirment, removing loose scrapped material to distance of 100 m away from the runway or dispersal edge, cleaning the surface, removing dust dirt with compressed air pressure, and priming the surface with epoxy resin based primer for concrete surface as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Fosroc (Nito Prime -25 Primer)/ Pidilite/ Dr. Fixit/ Chemistik/ STP

M & L for high strength epoxy concrete filling for area prepared under item no.1 above, High strength epoxy based concrete shall be prepared by mixing 27.5 Kg expocrete EC with 30 kg stone aggregate of grade n.exc 10mm as per mixing ratio of epoxy by weight in Kg Base (B) , Hardner (H), Fine filler (FF), coarse aggregate (CA) are (4.537:2.145:20.818:30) and material shall be weighted accurately in the specified proportions. the epoxy concrete shall be applied in the prepared groove within 45 mins of application of resin primer or as approved by Engr- in-Charge or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make for Epoxy concrete : Fosroc (expocrete EC)or equivalent in Dr.Fixit/ Chemistik/ STP

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of concrete on runway dispersal and applying one coat of runway marking aqua based paint to existing lines dashes, arrows, letters, etc on pavement/ runway and like exc 10 cm wide, white, golden yellow , grey complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rate shall deemed to include for removal of grass/ vegetation (if any) in the runway/ dispersal/ taxi track edges all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old treated bituminous surfaces by cleaning all dust, dirt etc, with wire brushes, watering and drying the surfaces by fanning with gunny bags etc and applying one coat of aqua based runway marking paint of approved make and white colour complete all as specified and directed. Note : The rate shall deemed to include for removal of grass/ vegetation (if any) in the runway/ dispersal/ taxi track edges all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs "Distance GO Marker" (DTGM) sign board, triangular shape 122cm x 150cm sign board, with fibre sheets, made from ultra-violet resistant exterior grade FGRP material bonded with chemical epoxy having ribs steel work as in tubular trusses of size 38 x 38 x 3.25mm thickness or superior grade including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade st-240 at the top, centre and bottom both horizontally and vertical ( letters and figures to be mesured under item no. 7) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Greenlite, Model : Cat part No 10-03 DTGMFG 122x150 or equivalent in 3M/ Dark Eye/ Vibgyor

S & F "Distance GO Marker" (DTGM) sign board, 122cm x 150cm sign board, with fibre sheets, made from ultra-violet resistant exterior grade FGRP material bonded with chemical epoxy ( letters and figures to be mesured in item no. 7) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Greenlite , Model : Cat part No 10-03 DTGMFG 122x150 or equivalent in 3M/ Dark Eye/ Vibgyor

S & F of letters/ figures of height exc 1000mm and not exceeding 1200mm with retro reflective self adhesive red/yellow colour tape including taking out unserviceable letters / figures of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50mm width of retro reflective self adhesive red/yellow colour tape complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for second class hardwood of clean sawn timber fixed in repairs to replace old and decayed timber to remove old portion complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete article and precast concrete walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc. , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, drains and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete as in fencing post all as specified and as directed.

S & F for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Each line wire shall be measured)

M & L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long and diameter of neck between 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanished Iron punched top Concertina coil of 450 mm dia, having barb thickness not less than 0.5mm, brab length not less than 18mm, width of barb 15mm with a centre to centre spacing of bars not more than 33mm with a core diameter of 2.5mm barb, strecthable to 6 mtr length fixed using fins and wires to the angle iron posts and well secured etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces, exc 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling 100mm deep expansion/ dummy joints with polyurethane sealant confirming to relevant IS code including removal and cleaning of existing filler material with wire brushes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
