Maintenance of grounds, lawn, Trees, Shrubs, hedges etc. i.e. watering of plantation & lawns, weeding out the areas and sweeping, trimming the hedges, shrubberies ,top dressing of manure & soil, hoeing the soil around plantation and making it smooth, removing of stones, debris etc. & keeping the area in clean condition as per directions of Engineer/Officer-in-charge & as per specifications including disposal of all cut grass leaves, trimmed branches etc. to be disposed daily by truck allocations specified by the department . Actual area of garden maintained will be measured in Sq.M. pucca drain, manhole chambers & any other structure within garden area will not be considered for measurement.

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as directed by the Engineer/Officer-in-charge and as per specifications. (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones, pebbles etc.at site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge & as per specifications.(Quantity will be taken as per truck body measurement filled with red garden soil without deduction of any voids. )

Providing and broad casting/ spraying of Fertilizers

Maintaining of the potted plants by regular watering, replacing casualties , rotating the displays, plant protection, another horticultural practices , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. (75 No's x 15 Months)

Providing of approved quality of plastic flower pots of M/s.Nillkamal or other equvalnt make as approved by Engineer Incharge .

Preparation of lawns and planting of lawn grass :-cleaning of the site by removing of existing grass/ wild vegetation, stones etc.,by digging at the depth of 20 cms, mixing of soil and manure, fine dressing of the soil ,consolidation of the soil by watering, planting of thelawn grass (to be provided by the contractor ) (excluding cost of soil & manure ) all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposing of the derbies/ unwanted materials/old Plants/ trees and from DAE premises located at city area i. e. Anand Bhavan, Kenilworth under LGR maintenance unit to BMC Dumping Ground, at New Mumbai, disposing the derbies by mechanical / truck including loading unloading the derbies from premises inclusive cost of labour, tools, and plants, mechanical transport etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
