PROVN OF RETAINING AND SAUSAGE WALL ALONGWITH ALLIED INFRA AT MULTIPLE LOC IN ZANGLI GRN UNDER PARA 35 OF DWP 2020 UNDER GE 874 EWS

Preparation/ Drilling of 06 bore holes having dia 100 to 150mm upto minimum 10 mtr below MGL upto the hard strata/ Rock or refusal whichever occurs earlier for building including boring sampling SPT and other test for preparation of sub soil profile to determine SBC and other soil properties of as per relevant latest IS codes complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Above test shall be include carrying out SPT and collection of disturbed and undisturbed sample as per relevant IS code. The SPT is required to be taken at 1 mtr interval or at every change of stratum. (b) Carrying out laboratory test with the disturbed/ Undisturbed/sampling and find out grain size analysis gradation properties, Natural Moisture Content, Specific gravity, field density, FMC/MDC/OMC permeability shear and UCT test in the Lab including DCPT and UCT test etc. (c) Evaluation allowable bearing capacity/ SBC of soil by analytical methods. (d) The report should give the proposed type of foundation like isolated footing, Raft footing, Combined footing or Mat footing if shallow foundation is proposed. Depth of rectangular or square footing may be brought out in the report and in case of Mat foundation is proposed depth and likely settlement may be brought out in the Report. (e) Report should exclusively bring out the depth of water table as per the ground data and liquefaction potential for the strata. (f) In case deep foundation is proposed type of pile foundation end/ friction may be brought out with proposed depth for each type. (g) Preparation and submission of consolidated report with photographic record of each bore hole/ plate load test record in hard and soft copy of each set for 03 folders etc completed. (h) Above items shall be inclusive of mobilisation/ transportation, labour, soil report (03 folders for each works) and all taxes as applicable.

Following aspects/ points may please be included in test report of bore holes:- (a) In soil test report recommendation of SBC should be given for all the bore holes for minimum three depth i.e 1.5, 2.00m and 2.50m. (b) Recommendation of footing type & SBC shall be worked out for minimum foundation of 1.50 x 1.50m, 1.50 x 2.50m, and 2.00 x 2.50m and 2.0 x 3.0m. (c) All testing shall be carried out as per relevant and latest code provisions. (d) Photographic record of Geo-exploration and testing shall also be a part of Records. (e) Depth of ground water table in peak monsoon and peak summer i.e (highest & lowest) and seasonal variation of water table should be mentioned in report. (f) Recommendations for filling under flooring. (g) Recommendation with respect of liquefaction potential of soil in case of saturated or partially saturated loose/ uncompact sandy soil. (h) Swelling index and swelling pressure in respect of BC soil and its depth/layer.
